Lots Of Rules
PROS; absolutely beautiful park with giant shade trees that are amazing. Clean restrooms and laundry facilities. Can walk to dining and shopping about 1/2 mile away. Decent sized level gravel sites with slab for picnic table. Small creek runs behind the premier sites. Staff was generally friendly. Wifi…meh, it was ok.
CONS; way too many rules. You cannot be outside or have any exterior lights on past 10PM, an employee actually drives around at 19 to enforce this and takes notes who is not in compliance.
Four pages of rules when you check in. Prices are very expensive. Expect to pay 150 a night if you have a family of four and a pet. If you like stargazing at the beautiful Arizona sky at night this is not the place for you.

Was our last stop after a 6 week trip and was a beautiful site backed up to a running creek and close to downtown Sedona. This was our favorite campground after a long road trip and many campgrounds later. Grounds were well kept!

Excellent Oasis From Which To Explore Se
One of the best private parts we have ever stayed in RVing since 1978. Shady, clean, and very well managed and maintained. These folks have very high standards. Easy walk into town.Suggest walk up onto overlook Ridge up the hill with signs explaining history art cowboy movies Etc.and a great panorama. Also the Sedona Heritage Museum is very good and the story of T.C and Sedona Schnebly.
From the campground take Marg's wash Trail a very good circular route
=nature and past "civilized" amenities.
Day trips to Red Rock SP with great.trails and visitors center and Jerome = amazing road up,and great state musem/ copper baron mansion.
Changed sites to stay for a full week = great experience.

We Liked This Park And Plan To Return
Not all the sites are large, but ours was more than ample. We backed up to a wash beside Oak Creek. Showers and bathrooms were clean. Plenty of trash and recycling cans throughout the park. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.
Walking distance to two scenic hikes.
Lots of shade from trees.
Creck access, the along the creek is very uneven.
My wife is already planning our next stay.

Best Campground In Sedona !!
We stayed at Rancho Sedona in May of 2021. This place is super popular and it is really hard to get in - but I was persistent and got lucky. It was well worth the effort!! Beautiful surroundings, tall trees, quiet park, large spots, conveniently located. Sedona can get quite warm in the summer (it was unseasonably warm when we stayed) so plan appropriately. Highly recommend this place but call in advance.

Full
Called today, 5/10. Goes to answering machine. Message says that are full until December 2021 for 31+ft. Some 20ft spots come and go in a few months? Sounds busy.

This was a very clean and parklike setting. Very close to great hiking and close to shopping area. Very quiet. It was expensive...$75 a night....but it’s Sedona, so we expected it to be a bit higher than most places. We would stay again.

Enjoyed Our Stay
Had a nice large spot for our trailer,,guess got lucky since most spots werent as big as ours..everyone mentions the rules and they indeed want you to know they exist, but we didnt mind the rules and it did prevent issues you can have at other parks,,i.e. no barking dog, loud music,etc...wifi for us was not that great and we were by a wifi repeater so not sure if it was working..great littke creek at back of park...kids would love it...parks not far from most any where you may want to go for sightseeing or town stuff.. plenty of big shade trees and tho bathroom area is small and basic, it was clean and very nice...reaching them by phone was hit or miss so not sure on all the unanswered calls I got but once you do get them on line or meet at office they were very helpful and friendly..maybe they had customers everytime i called so i do like to give benefit of the doubt for that reason..we would stay again and great for people who like knowing the rules make it a quite nice place.

Nice Stay!
It’s a well kept RV park. The staff does a great job keeping the place in great shape. There are nicely shaded RV sites, which is key in the hot Summer months. We enjoyed the Sedona area!
You will have to call to make reservations, but they were very responsive to let know whether your reservation dates are possible or not, which is way different than my previous experiences with other RV sites that do business via phone only.

Comfy RV Park
Lots of rules here, no lights after 10pm, no dog barking but the facilities were super clean & the park was very well kept. We stayed 2 nights & there was always someone racking or cleaning something. We felt very comfortable & safe here & a bonus was the short distance to downtown Sedona & the creek that ran along side the camp grounds. The views were pretty spectacular & we got to see the fall foliage. We’d come back here!

Nice Park
Park is as advertised in the previous comments. Great trees and landscaping to get out of the sun in warmer weather. Clean showers and laundry. Walking distance to restaurants and galleries. Some great mountain biking and hiking are right there on Schnebly Hill road. No fires allowed. If you have loud / rambunctious kids or dogs you might want to look elsewhere but we don’t so thought it was great.

Lovely but Excessive rules
The campground is beautifully maintained. Lots of traffic in Sedona. No propane fires allowed. Sewer hose MUST be on a raised rack and cannot be connected while camped. Showers and laundry are excellent. Fully booked so people obviously are willing to comply.

Awesome facilities, we were first time RVer and enjoyed our stay. Everything is within walking distance and if it’s to hot, UBer services are available. We will definitely return to spend more time at Sedona and at the Rancho.

Great Place To Stay
Nice and clean facilities. Love the location. The creek is great to play with kids. Wanted to stay longer if we don't have to leave. The coin washer and dryer are a little bit expensive.

Great park!
Like the discipline here. Shaded park, beautiful trees, close to a creek, friendly staff; bathrooms were great and the small details make this place better than others we stayed at (hooks at the wash basins, showers with hooks & benches, slip proof floors, maintained very well and always stocked with paper, magazines).
We only suggest a mosquito or bug spray in the area but other than that, will stay here if we visit Sedona.

We Managed To Squeeze In
We got a space at the last minute and the staff was very nice. Spot is pretty level. 30 and 50 amp. Client se to downtown Sedona. It has a creek that’s pretty nice. Overall a good stay.

Very well maintained RV Park with tall trees and nice surroundings by Oak Creek. Only complaint was a skunk that kept lurking around the showers!

Nice Location
Very nice park with a beautiful creek, only disappointment was when I got there at 11:00 am and the spot was not occupied, they still made me wait in the overflow parking lot until noon on the dot.

Enjoyable
Spent 8 days here with no issues. Staff was very nice and help out with questions I might have. Ya there is some questionable rules like the 10pm curfew, but we liked the fact it was quiet and no neighbors being loud all night. I will definitely come back and recommend this place.

Great Stay
We had a great time here. It was a short stay for us, but we had fun. The staff was friendly, really helpful and very accommodating. We will be back. Their rules are a little tighter than other places, but I think that probably helps keeps it ship shape there. The creek nearby was a wonderful treat.

A Great Place
Stayed here a couple of nights while explorering the area. Saw all the other reviews about the rules, staff demeanor, etc., but I have to say the stay was great. All staff we came in contact with were polite, helpful and friendly. There was no blaring music or loud, obnoxious campers like we've experienced at other places. It was a very nice stay. I think a lot of these people who post complaining about the rules are the kind of people you wouldn't want as neighbors anyways. We'd definitely stay here again...in fact we made reservations for September.

Curfew?
After hearing there is a curfew, I won't bother even trying this place. Duh we're out camping to enjoy the freedom of the outdoors not live by some lame curfew.

Our Best Yet
OK, we're new to the world of RV's but this was our best RV park experience by a long shot. The park is clean, exceptionally well maintained, well landscaped and has a very friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The operators were very helpful with our reservation as well our questions about activities in the Sedona area. When I return to Sedona, I'm booking my reservation here again, only I'll book months in advance to ensure I get in; the park was full and folks were sent away. (The operator provided suggested alternative RV campgrounds for consideration-who else would do that?) They run a first class operation and know that their rules may upset a few but will keep most of their good customers coming back.

One Night In Sedona
We arrived after the office closed (5pm) arriving at 6:15pm. The prices are high and the late arrival instructions are difficult to understand. We found a spot in the adults only area which was no big deal...so we tho8ght. We have an infant with us who clearly was not out walking around in the pouring rain. In fact he never left the RV. In the morning when I paid I was scolded about the infant being in the adults only area. Needless to say I did not feel I deserved the scolding, my family was very quiet and we went to bed early like 8pm. Lots of instructional notes all over the park that were over the top and seemed very controlling. Property well maintained and right by the creek. Might be a perfect fit for ocd adults only.

This is a very nice park. Everything worked as advertised like none of the others RV parks we stayed in on our 5 week trip.
Very clean.
If we are ever in the Sedona area again we will hope to stay there.
The 10 pm curfew was a little juvenile...but in Moab the noise...but that is another story.

Great location, good facilities, stupid rules : you have to be inside your trailer @ 10 pm , no lights outside and a guy is driving patrol short before 10 pm to give you a warning,
Very expensive 90 $ for one night for 4 people
