great place! warm pool, laundry, Foosball, pool table, dog park,bocce ball, super friendly people everywhere. there are 2 restaurants and 2 smaller stores a short walk away. long stay places, not for overnight. very reasonable rates! great managers!

Been staying here for 4 winters now and really love it! Large, well kept up sites. Everyone is very friendly. Lots of activities including water aerobics, pickleball, bingo, and lots of card games.
