Friendliest Park in all Metro Phoenix

You get what you pay for. Rules help keep it the best. Their are much less attractive resorts if you want less rules and ghetto environment.

Great Place.

I stayed here for two months. The staff is great and very helpful. There is a lot going on here, at least during the winter. I did not participate in most of the activities provided. It is 55+ but they made an exception for me (47). You pay for electricity and utilities are added to the monthly cost. I am planning to stay here again.
