Bait And Switch

Drove 4 hours to arrive only to be told its 55 plus. No where listed on check in or site, even asks how many kids are staying. Security guard says happens all the time, I'm sure it will be a battle to get money back.

New RV Park; Lots Of Concrete

Very clean and new. Free with Thousand Trails membership. Pools, dog park, laundry. Convenient to walk to grocery and fast food. New so not a lot of vegetation in rv section. Office super nice

Very new RV park. Nice level sites, pull through and back in. Very clean! Very nice community buolding in RV park. Has bath house, pool, laundry and community room. Outside of building, outdoor showers, 2 gas grills and gas fireplace (Where's the hot tub?). RV park needs sidewalk down middle of park running East & West. RV'ers can use all amenities. Lots to do! High $$$ Overall Very Nice!

Lots of disrepair all over the grounds, the few spots that they had for Rvs were very unleveled and unsightly. The people were friendly, fruit trees in bloom all around property smelled amazing, quiet, they are building a new rv section that should be nice when they get it done. The dog park area is without any grass and far away from most sights ☹️ and there is no cable For the price I wouldn’t go back

No WiFi

WiFi is only available in the clubhouse area. No WiFi at the sites as advertised.

Older park with first-rate amenities. Mostly a destination for snowbirds. Currently undergoing a huge addition with new streets and model homes. Primarily an over-65 crowd, very social and friendly.

Nice RV Resort

First time in a RV park that caters to long term mobile home residents. Once we got over the feeling of intruding on people's home, we enjoyed our stay very much. All the residents are very nice, waving and greeting us. Facilities are very nice, kids loved the pool and grassy areas. We felt safe and welcomed. My only suggestion is to build a section for RV's so that us short term stayers can be together with our noisy kids!
