Cove On The Water

The location is outstanding. Far away and below the highway so there's no traffic noise. Great beach (seperate dog beach) and boat launch. Older restrooms with showers, fish cleaning station, dump station, and sites with electric and water hookups, some with full hookups. The sites are paved but often unlevel since the area slopes to the river and are very closely packed together (very little outdoor space and absolutely no privacy). Verizon signal strong (can stream videos).

Closely Spaced Pull-ins

But plenty of trees, clean, comfortable. Office sells firewood for $7, Ice. Sites $25/day + $5 booking fee. 2 bars VZW cell. No ATT.

Lots of longtimers here. But nice and clean. Nice views!

Nice campground clean, quiet

Nice Park

We stopped for a night, stayed for two. Very quiet, clean and well maintained. Helpful and friendly staff. Dog friendly with dog beach and walk area. Great spot for boaters and fishing.

Nice State Park

Clean and friendly. Surprisingly, had vacancies with no reservation. Boat access and pet friendly. Clean showers. Yep, we'd stay here again.
