Stayed two nights late September ...beautiful resort! Sites are very close but level... full hookups...marina, laundry, pool,tennis, beach,boat launch, close to everything in town, easy kayak to the party corridor to the London Bridge, bike trails... it's got it all!

If you want noise, people coming into the park at midnight even with quiet times of 10pm to 7am, no WiFi, no views of the lake only of other campers, boats, ATV’s and golf carts, 6 pages of rules that the resort doesn’t follow, and you want to pay a premium price, then you’ll like this place.

A Big gravel Parking Lot!

If you are not boating - nothing here! Dusty gravel parking lot. The vast majority of sites have zero view. When reviewed as “ high end” one wonders what that is compared to.

Beautiful Clean Park On The Island

We stayed here between Christmas and New Year in 2020 and loved it! A bit pricey but well worth it! Very clean facility, close to downtown Havasu. Highly recommend

The Best Resort In Arizona

Beautiful grounds, clean, very safe with guard gate. Launch your boat or moor it to the many posts that on their bay that you can reserve free during your stay. We stay 5 months for a better rate. Winter crowd from Nov to April. Summer May to Sept. Loads of activites, gatherings, clubs, and city events durung winter season. Love the fireworks and balloon festival in area. Desert Storm boat races are on the lake in front of the resort for best viewing. Staff is exceptional, friendly, and always helpful. My first winter I felt like I was at summer camp. We made so many new friends living around us on Diesel row. Atv trails all over the island. Our dogs loved going out morning and sunset in the RZR on the hilly trails. The views are fantastic. On the island is a well landscaped dog park. Also a bike and walking path around the entire island. Pool, hot tub, showers, and bathrooms all clean. 5 Star. Get on a waiting list for winter- You will not regret.

Pro: Clean, wide spots. Con: 0730 power washing road, next morning blower. To early for those noises. Beautiful pool, most lake side spots are permanent.

Newer RVs Only

They have a “10 year or newer” policy. So if your RV is older your not allowed to make a reservation.

We love this place great people located on the island. By the water we stay all winter.

Prime Location

Had a very nice stay . Friendly staff and very clean property with lots to offer. Sqould recommend a site with a view or next to the lake.
