At first glance this location is a bit rough. Spaces are clay with plenty of evidence of RV's getting stuck in wet clay. We were fortunate to stay here with no forecast rain, which turned out ok. Positive notes are - convenient to Petrified NP, very good water, 50 amp and sewer. Once they take care of the clay dirt parking to remedy the possibility of getting stuck, I would raise the rating. The charge of $40 a night is a fair price during dry season.
