Overpriced
Last year was 42 a nite, this year went to 55. Not sure what makes this not level, sloping downward Park worth that, I’ll drive past it in my travels from now on.

Accommodating Our Request A Huge Plus
Camping with friends, our last evening together before we go our separate ways — side by side in “one nite row” but had our doors facing away from each other and neither of us had a picnic table so we asked to move — the site host Lorri was very good to change our sites (thank you 🍺). The RV park is a converted mobile home park, the sites are long and narrow, you park on gravel facing opposite the group next to you. There is a sewer drain about every 15-20 ft. Kind of odd but very convenient actually. OK was OK but I might make a different choice next time. Four stars because of Lorri.

Overpriced & Few Amenities
The main reason to stay st this park would be to spend time in the Natl Park- painted desert. We had driven a l g day so decided to stop. The staff was nice. The he park is clean. As someone else said the spaces are laid out a bit strange & makes them seem closer than you would think. They did quite an overkill on the sewer hook ups. for $55.00 ( including our military discount it seemed pretty pricy- especially when we had no tv & almost no wifi. I doubt we will stay there again.

Layout Leaves To Be Desired
We stayed there one night. Staff was courteous as we arrived just before closing time. I set up camp and I found out the cable connection was flaky and yielded only analog, snowy channels. After a couple of permutations, I ended up using a cable outlet 2 sites down from our. Reception was a little better, but still only analog channels. I learnt the next day tha the park doesn’t provide cable service anymore. Second technical issue was with the Wifi. Even using my booster/repeater I could hardly do email or use maps.google. Finally, the layout if the park is a series of lanes you enter by one side or the other depending what site you have. It makes for rather cramped sites and your neighbours are quite close. In addition they seem to allocate the sites in a way that bunch everyone together. The park was less than 25% full, and there were plenty if vacant sites away from were everyone seemed to have been placed. I’d rather be dispersed a bit. I still recommend this park.

Great Park But Pricey...
Stayed here a few years ago and enjoyed it so we tried it again. Great park. Very long sites and level sites with multiple sewer connecting points to keep your hose short (great idea!). Water pressure is adequate. Electric never failed. The bathrooms are super clean and heated. Shower stalls include a separate changing area giving ample room to change and not get your clean clothes wet. The only noise we heard was an occasional train way off in the distance. Management is courteous and accommodating...waited for us as we arrived a few mins after closing and led us to our site. They offer a Good Sam and military discount also. Not much shade if you stop here in during the summer. Conveniently close to town. The only con was the price...$50/night is pretty steep compared to other places we've stayed over the last month.

More Than Okay
This park is more than just “okay”—don’t be put off by the name! They give AARP member discount. Very long and level gravel sites, great water pressure, nice, clean bathrooms and showers. Very friendly staff who escorts you to your site. Not able to put out awning due to trees. Bad (fuzzy) cable, no over air channels, but good wifi. Reservations per phone with email confirmation, no reservation fee, no reservation number, which made me a bit uncomfortable, but turned out all right. Would stay here again.

Gravel But Nice
Young trees providing some shade on some sites. My little dog loved the gravel dog park. I loved the shade tree and picnic bench at the dog park. Lots of options for Sewer hookups. Lots of people driving through the park on Lizard Lane. Very convenient to Holbrook Safeway and gas. Close to the Petrified Forest loop.

Odd Layout
This may be the oddest layout for a RV park that we’ve ever been to. Staff escorted us to our site but it was very confusing. She had us drive through a very narrow tree lined spot in order to get to ours. Tree branches were scrapping the sides of our motorhome. I didn’t understand why we were put in this particular site having to dodge trees and another parked RV when the park was more than half empty. Sites and the roads are gravel. I didn’t use the restrooms or laundry. There’s a gravel dog park that I did use and it was very clean with two picnic tables and a large tree for partial shade. It’s very convenient to Petrified Forest and Painted Desert, restaurants, fuel and a Safeway store. We were given a Good Sam discount. There is some road noise but not bad except when someone decided to race around in the gravel with their loud cars one evening. People in the office were very friendly.

We stayed one night on our way from Nevada to Texas. They staff was friendly and escorted us to our site. Our space was very long (no need to disconnect) with FHU’s, cable ( was fuzzy), level, three sewer connections. We will remember this RV park.

OK has a connotation that implies less than great. Like saying, it's okay, but it could be better. This is a very nice park.

Pulled in here for a 1 night stay. Seems like they have traveled all the roads recently. The wifi is good, depending on how many people are on it. The staff is very friendly and want to help. The cable has had some problems and isn't working at times.

The park is clean and well-kept, but a bit dated. It has basic amenities and very reasonable rates. We paid $35 (with Good Sam card, $37 without) for full hookups. We stayed one night en route from Bryce Canyon, UT to Silver City, NM. We decided to stay in Holbrook for one night so we could visit the Petrified Forest, which is about 30 minutes from the park. By the way, the park has an excellent collection of petrified wood (pictured).

Warm And Friendly
We arrived after hours and wanted a tent site so we could sleep in our van. The attendant had left us a map to an RV site so we didn’t hit a tree at the tent site but only charged us the tent site rate ($20 vs $35+). The map had coupons for local establishments and we got free coffee and muffins at the RV park each morning. Bathroom, showers, laundry, water all worked great and were easy to use. Wi-Fi is a nice perk but was a bit spotty. Only 20 min from PEFO NP

Nice Park It's A-Okay!
Friendly staff, clean showers, excellent water pressure, spacious pull through lots with trees for ambiance and shade. Breakfast muffins provided in the office. Small town close to The National Petrified Forest which is definitely worth a visit. Coupon from OK RV for a free piece of petrified wood from a local store, awesome! :)) Couple of relatively minor issues for a short visit, cable couldn't reach our rv and neither did the water input for our swamp cooler. Still, a nice clean park and overall we would stay again. This park is A-OK!

Neat Find
So glad to have found this neat rv park. Obviously it was a mobile home park at one time as the streets are nearly blocked a d teach spot has a large concrete slab that lands right at your door. (There are still mobile homes in adjoining property with exact same setup.) Spots are long pull thrust. Multiple sewer dumps at each spot. 30 pole and separate 50 amp pole. Cable TV at each location with a roll of cable already attached. Lots of small to mid sized trees. Office staff are a pleasure to speak with and seem to be people oriented. Very accommodating. We're staying 2 nights to try and see petrified forest and painted desert. (Fled Louisiana after hurricane Laura ripped they.) No power at home, so if we're gonna be living in the RV, we may as well have a view. ?

Super Hospitable!
We were on the road, called and they said we have spots just come on in! We were given Blue 23 which is right next to the laundry, restrooms and showers. Full hookups, great wifi, and an escort to your assigned spot! Pets allowed, level spots and concrete patios with a picnic table. Small shade trees on most spots but not a lot of shade, but that and snowy cable would be the only small things (who really needs cable?!). They even have coffee and muffins for breakfast! Located next to a great business area with plenty of restaurants to choose from. When travels bring us this way again, this will be our go-to RV park! Thank you OK RV Park team!

Ok RV is ok
The park itself is adequate, we stayed one night and used no facilities as most are closed due to you know what. Hookups are easy and spots are long and offset. My problem is I was quoted $35 for 30 amp and was charged $39 with discount, I was told due to the length of my rig I would have to be put on 50 amp service even though my rig will run on 30 amp no problem, the length of your rig has nothing to do with whether 30 or 50 is needed and there was a 30 amp plug right next to the 50 amp plug. As one of the other reviews mentioned cable was very snowy and all channels and Wi-Fi barely worked

Efficient Park
They have signs everywhere so the place is easy to find. Dry camping spaces are $20, full hookups for smaller rig and Good Sam/military discount is $34 and worth every penny. The facilities are clean and you can take a nice shower. They have a laundry facility. The WiFi works for the most part; if you upload photos I recommend you just use your data and save yourself a lot of time. The park is close to many attractions. It’s as quiet as it can be near the highway. They have planted beautiful trees between each space and they alternate how you park so you don’t have your neighbor right there in your face. They have workers regularly raking the lot to keep it as flat and smooth as possible. The staff are friendly and laid back, even when it’s packed full and coronavirus fear is rampant. I would definitely stay again, for a long time, and I would set up my mother to stay here by herself if she wanted. I literally don’t think they could do anything better besides open the office before 8.

Eh, Not Up To Writups
Only good ting I can say is WiFi works perfect! Arrived on rainy day, it might be good on dry day, parked in mud, one side sank, could not level off. Dog walked in mud, had to clean her and wash her paws. Sites not leveled. Good price is a big plus, $39.00. Good for emergency stop.

Extremely Nice Park
We pulled into this park with no reservation and a fairly large extended family. The staff was amazingly sweet and helpful. A generous discount is also available for veterans. The sites are very deep, with plenty of room, and a nice picnic area. The bath and shower house was very nice, well-stocked, and clean. The location also offers a perfect set-up for those that like to walk or run, with the total distance around the park being just shy of 3/4 of a mile. We were also close enough to be able to walk to just about any store we might have needed and the park was still quiet and private. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the park as a whole the spots are huge and easy to pull through. I loved that each site is set up catty corner so you don’t feel as though your parked on top of your neighbor. Very well priced and the staff was sooooo friendly will definitely recommend this location to others.

Well Planned Layout
This park is excellent! The spaces are long pull throughs allowing us to park our tow vehicle behind our 45' 5th wheel with lots of room to spare. You never have anyone immediately next to you on either side due to the fact they staggered the sites. Very easy getting in and out of the park. Staff is friendly and very helpful. We stayed there for a week and explored the area and golfed at the 9 hole Holbrook course, which was in excellent condition. We will definitely stay here again if we're back in the area.

Older RV Park
We stayed 2 nights, it was raining so there was mud everywhere. Their streets are paved but where you park your rig is dirt/mud, there are a few trees. The sites are long but Very close together, there is a picnic table on a cement patio. Their wifi is secure but it's in & out, cable TV is snowy and you have to use their cable wire to connect to your rig, electric was 30amp and all was old. Bathrooms were clean but showers were small and narrow like being in a cave. The park is quiet at night, you can hear the train whistle in the distance. See pics.

This is a desert RV park and somewhat aged. It is clean and pretty good repair. The gravel sites are reasonably level. When we were here (August 2015) the park was maybe 10-15% full, but IF this park were near capacity .... think sardine can. Friendly staff and helpful. Camped in a 25' travel trailer.
