No!
Very rude lady at front desk! She needs a new job. Sites are crazy small! We could touch our neighbors trailer from our dining room window. No front yard either.. No bathroom. No sewer hook-up and pay $53.00! Stay away.

Agree
I agree with Robert. It’s very tight, arms length apart, dirt spaces, and bitch for owner or manager doesn’t really matter. I would never stay at this place again even if it was free.

Grey Ghost
Stayed one night. Quiet park, good for sleeping. Sites were a little tight but would consider again. Easy I-40 access.

Disappointing
Dusty and layout is so tight your table is right on neighbors sewer... they say WiFi but it doesn’t work... several people said they couldn’t use it either. Even someone who lives there said it didn’t work. Office wasn’t really concerned... like they knew. It’s advertised so that would be false advertising. Oh and yes it seems several live there or stay extended. Sadly this is not what it could be

Thumbs Up
Nice little park. Stayed here after losing our spot at Black Bart's further in town and liked it here much better. Much quieter and cleaner. Friendly staff. Some spots can be a little tight but many of them have a sort of privacy fence between neighbors which was a nice touch.

Pretty Good Park
This is a really nice park. We only stayed one night, but it was quiet and comfortable. Lots of healthy pine trees. Sites are a bit snug, but not bad. We had a bigger sized site than some of the others with plenty of room for our slides and awning. We ate dinner on the freshly painted picnic table. The grounds were clean. Our kids rode their bikes and raved about how fun it was to ride all around the park. There was not a play area that they could find. And the pad we were on wasn’t horribly uneven, but it wasn’t completely level. Those two things (no play area & uneven pad) are why I give 4 stars. I do recommend this park. We paid $41.53 for one night. The manager did comment that he should’ve charged extra for our kids but forgot to ask so he let it slide.

Decent Place Saved Our Butts
Had to get towed off of I17 and we talked to manager and was very accomodating. We arrived late. He recommended garage to get truck fixed. Old campground, no showers or bathrooms but full hookups and half the price of KOA.

Nice and cute but the 'manager' is a butt. The checkin clerk was nice. It's a little dusty. Highway noise is mild. But the Butt Head makes me never stay here or recommend it ever...
