Pretty Rough
Some reviews are harsh but accurate, except the Staff was polite to my wife. We never did get a confirmation. Wife had to call twice. It is mostly permanent residents with a few transient sites. Site was dirt and narrow. Somebody knocked a log divider adjacent to our site likely negotiating their rig. 30amp only at our site. We would not consider sitting outside due to lack of space and dust. Reserved for 3 days but moved on after one overnight.

Appaling,Disgusting,horrific,Rip-off and
We booked a night from browsing the web.We were under the impression that this was a safe, clean and comfortable site to stop over for 1 night enroute to the Grand Canyon. What a scam!!! The manager Diane has no clue what people relations skills are and does not belong in the hospitality trade. We left within minutes of arriving there. The showers and laundry are filthy and you just don't feel safe  We thankfully managed to get a site at Woody Mountain campground which is next door.Clean, accomodating with competent staff  Kit Carsons should be shut down and Dianne should go and work with anything other than people. You are warned!DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.Oh they conveniently have a no refund policy

A Parking Lot Is Much Better
It looks like a place RVs are left to die, strewn with abandoned trash and haphazard arrangement of poorly defined and bumpy sites hidden between trees and weeds. One can imagine a place for dropouts and drug use. We had difficulty finding our assigned site because of mud puddles, weeds, rocks, and dilapidated sheds/trailers. Finding the electric hookup to be on an old leaning post rusted and not the type requested, we determined it unsafe and likely in violation of various codes. No one was available at the office to help, we decided to go elsewhere. Any parking lot would seem much safer.

WHAT A DUMP
Go anywhere else. Someone ploughed some spots in the bush next to the highway and called it an rv Park. It’s dark, dirty and noisy. The office is a ramshackle shack. The laundry machines are in a building that looks like an outhouse. The washrooms were locked because of vandalism and you had to get the key from the office. The staff were questionable. Worst park I’ve seen.

Wolfie Says
Verboten or warning, on our trip out west we stopped here and after a quick look opted for the local walmart instead, this place appears to be a trailer park for RV's and not a good one. Since we didn't stay I can't comment on amenities and such.
