One Night Stop
I would not recommend this place if they have snow on the ground. They have a lot of people living there with some tight turns. We had to ask a full-time resident to move her car out of the road to get out. The spots were slick and covered in ice, plus too many trees for big rigs. $54 a night is pricey for what all the hassles.

Poor
Stopped for an overnight stay. We wanted a pull through site so we didn’t have to unhook the toad, bad choice. We were charged for two sites due to the design of the park. The sites are not level and are too close to freeway and truck stop. While they have sites farther away from the truck stop and freeway but those are reserved for monthly, and believe me it is mostly long term tenants. It’s ok for an overnight just be aware that if you are towing and don’t want to disconnect you’ll pay double.

Black Barts used to be such a nice place to stay. It is now becoming Black Barts trailer park. The spaces left are hard to level, too close to the semi parking with trucks running all night and the laundry service is still (almost 2 years) not open. Only upside is the steakhouse.

Rough stop! Cars all night long. Woke up to police in an ambulance for an overdose in The trailer next to us. Wouldn’t stay here again!

Good Overnight Stop
Side to side the site was good space. Drive through was a drive through if you were there first. They are back to back. Staff was friendly. Gravel but fairly level spot. Basically on the freeway and next to a truck sleeping lot. Would stay here again though.

Ok For A Night But...
I’d stay here if it’s just one night but we really weren’t impressed. Some of the long term resident’s rigs were falling apart and made the park look a little unkept. Nothing special. It is close to stores and restaurants, though.

Just A Stop
Basically this is a parking lot which packed with RVs. RV parks around this city are all expensive. And no overnight parking at Walmarts and other free parking spots are allowed. I will avoid stopping this city next time.

Clean Bathrooms, Restaurant On Site
Most important to us, clean bathrooms with hot water. We used Good Sam for a minor discount. The sites are gravel, fairly level. There is a full time section of the park, we were not near that area. The bathrooms themselves are clean, in good repair, but small. The bathrooms are shared with the restaurant, which seemed a little odd. Separate shower area that you could go in and lock. Only two showers and three toilet stalls. Full timers are not allowed to use the restrooms. WiFi was fine, not great. It was centrally located to all the NPS sites we wanted to visit and a Walmart and Denny's was only 5 minutes away.

After making reservations we showed up to deep snow and ice covering the parks camp sites while the snow plow just set there. Naturally we got hung up in the snow and ice. The maintenance man tried to help with a shovel on the ice. Finally a visitor pulled us out with his Jeep. Yeah keep going in the winter.

DON’T STAY HERE!!! Stayed 2 nights at this very run down rv park. Paid for a pull through spot with room for a towed vehicle. Came back to our rv the second night after spending the day at the Grand Canyon only to find a camper parked right behind our motorhome. This truly complicated things since we had to move the Motorhome to yet another spot just so we could hook up our car. No cable and no WiFi. I did not feel safe at this place and it is VERY NOISY!!!!

Restaurant Parking Lot
45 a night with Good Sam. Lady at the front desk was very nice and offered to lend me pressure regulator for the 100 psi water and a 50 to 30 amp adapter if I needed them. Didn't need them but appreciated the offer. Roads very rough coming in. There is some sort of overnight truck parking the lot over and can be a little noisy along with the I40 nearby. Spots aren't much to write home about, mostly level and hook ups ain't bad. Long term renter area looks like a run down trailer park and gives kind of a skeevy vibe. Haven't been to the steakhouse yet but heard nothing but good. Saw a bunch of homeless folk panhandling on the intersection just before the park, made me think twice about leaving things unlocked.

Average Stay
Nothing fancy. Very warm reception at check in. Was put in a very narrow site. Public bathrooms are too small. Men are generally bigger than facilities allowed. Navigation to site off this app is wrong put us in a high school parking lot

Nice Place.
The park could use some attention to the road ways and there isn't any cable or wifi but other than that it's a nice park. Gravel pads with a concrete patio. Lots of trees but fairly easy to maneuver through the park. Haven't tried the steakhouse but I plan in it. Easy freeway access.

Week Long Stay
Nice central location to Flagstaff and all of the tourist attractions in the area. Friendly staff and the long terms are also friendly (there are a few). The on site steak house is worth a visit while here. The wait staff sing and dance, putting on an excellent dinner theatre experience. Highly recommend this campground. Looking forward to next time we are in the area.

A Great Place To Stop And Stay!
Didn't expect it would be this great. Nice size spaces with full hook ups. Do not miss the onsite restaurant open for dinner and has a musical review by waiters and waitresses who are college students at Northern Arizona University and very talented. The park sits up high and is next to I40 but noise is not a problem. You can be in the heart of historic downtown in five minutes. There are also several full service RV repair facilities in town. We had our windshield replaced here. One of the friendliest RV parks we've encountered.

One Night
Lots of long term campers. Got a spot right next to the bathrooms/showers/laundry. Pretty quiet. Visited the saloon in the park. Bathroom/shower area had a locked door with a keypad, so it was a pain to remember to bring the code every time. $1.25 for the washer. The dryers were so old I had no idea how much a load cost. I put $1.50 in and set a timer for 30 min. The clothes came out scalding hot and had a funky odor. There was no WiFi (which the teenage kids hated). Overall I would recommend this spot for a night or two.

Great Park!
Very nice and quiet park. We had plans to primitive tent camp in Sedona but a storm came in and our car couldn’t access the area. We stayed an evening here and were very happy. There are no tent specific places, but the host made sure to put us in a good area with a flat tent site and was ok when we moved over to a flatter site that we spotted. There are very clean shower facilities that are only accessible to tent campers, so we had the showers to ourselves. There are a good number of monthly guests but everything was very clean and we’d happily stay again!

Great Stay
Would definitely come here again. We came off season (December) and plenty of availability. Nice grounds, accommodating staff. We checked in after hours and everything was ready to go. 50/20 amp so if you’re 30, bring your 50/30 plug. High pressure water, but they let us know that ahead of time, so make sure you have your reducer. Little bit of train noise, no too bad. Nice view of the mountain. Restaurant was awesome, a tad pricey but unique and good clean fun.

Was a great last minute stay. The lady in the office was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was $$$ but the food and service were excellent! Would stay here again.

Short Stay Only If No Other Choice
If you are looking for an overnight, this may be the place. The staff was nice, the restaurant was great, but the actual Park not that great. The permanent residents areas are trashed . If have pets do not walk them in the dry grassy areas... they'll get all kinds of stuff on their feet. Zero Wifi. Is pretty much a parking lot.

RV Park, Dinner and A Musical!
We stumbled into this park at 7:45 on a Sunday. We knew the office would be closed but needed some food. When we arrived, the host at restaurant was so kind and also was able to get us a space in the park after hours. Once we got situated we grabbed dinner and to our surprise the servers are also musicians and we got a full "show tune" experience. Hope everyone has this this much fun on accident!

Disappointing
Stayed two nights too many. No hot water, the smell of diesel fuel in the morning (is not the smell of victory) and no ambiance. The only saving grace was the restaurant! Had a lovely evening there.

Okay For One Night
Site was not very level and whole place looked like it could use some TLC. A lot of kinky long term stay rigs that were not well kept. It gave the place a seedy feel. Staff were helpful and bathrooms were beautiful

Fine For A Stopover
The biggest problem here is noisy traffic on I-40. But even that lessens overnight. This is a more useful than attractive park but great one-night stopover if you' re on a journey. There's a popular steakhouse/entertainment on site; it doesn't add any additional noise for campers. The laundromat is spacious, and (a rarity) the temp settings on driers actually work.
