Beautiful
If your rig is over 29’ DO NOT attempt to camp here. However our 27’ trailer fit OK. There are plenty of spots in the campground to fill holding tanks. No dump station. Sites are paved and fairly level. There are a couple of deep “dips” in the roadway but they are passable. The sign into the campground says “Bonita Canyon” and is about a quarter mile past the visitor center on the left. If you miss it there are no turn-a-rounds up the road to the top. The National Monument is great. Lots of interesting hikes. We had T-Mobile coverage at our camp site.

Bonita Canyon
Superbe endroit à voir pour les monuments de pierres...par contre, attention pour la température...5800 pieds d'altitude, réveil sous la neige et pas de dump station pour RV. Mais ça vaut le détour...
Incredible place to go...but chilly in november.

Worth The Trip
Beautifully interesting. Worth the trip. Take the hike to the Grotto area. Hiking stick helps if you need it. Easy to moderate hike. No pull through sites. All back in. Enough turn-arounds. Nothing larger than 29ft. Fire ring at site. NO HOOK UPS. NO collecting wood.
