Full park of snowbirds. Looks like lots of activities. We were just here over night and it was fine. Very large quiet park. Friendly staff and neighbors

Nice desert park and clean
Monthly rate paid, stayed in motorhome back in. Sites are level. The only downside is water pressure not great and internet by airbeam not very good. T-mobil verily works. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Easy drive off 10 which means quiet.
Smaller park has a lot going on in-season including music jam which I like.

Good Stop Over
Stopped here for the night to avoid high winds/dust conditions. Nice that it's a couple miles off the freeway as it was quiet from road noise. Simple no frills rock gravel sites. Debbie at check-in was very pleasant and helpful.

Great Stop Over
It was perfect to come off of I-8 for a night stop. $20 with Passport America and a nice place to rinse your rig off for free using a conservative nozzle. Great steady 50amp power even in 115°heat!

Used PA Disc. but Would Pay Full Price
Very nice park with friendly staff and nice neighbors. Used PA discount but would be willing to pay full price. Lots of amenities. Gravel lots on a semi busy road but a ways out of town so nice not that big a factor. Might make a nice extended stay location. Only downside is town several miles away.

Very nice and well laid out park. If they were all as nice as this place it would make travelling in an RV much easier.

Fantastic!
What makes this place amazing is the people. Ms. Kay (on-site manager) is incredible! The folks who winter here are also friendly and helpful.
As far as amenities are concerned, they have electric/water/sewer at each site; they also have a laundry facility on-site, a pool and a hot tub, a clubhouse, and a small DVD/book library. Thursday nights they have the local musicians play, and it’s a great time.

Good For One Nighter
Level, gravel sites, FHU, spacious sites. Connecting to utilities is a bit awkard, we needed two hoses to get to water connection. Did not use bathrooms or laundry. Dog run all the way at the far end of the camp. Camp is clearly used more in winter for snowbirders..but was fine for a one nighter for us. Passport accepted. Friend dly staff. We camped in a fifth wheel.
