Staying here in what is the off season, late May early June. So the snowbirds have left and the park is fairly empty. That being said, the park is clean and well kept. It is a 55+ park, so keep that in mind. The overnight RV spots are on the perimeter of the park. They are all full hookups with both 50 and 30 amp service. The spots all have large open concrete patios and if you are pulling a trailer or have a toad, there is plenty of room to park next to your trailer or motorhome. The complex has a large pool, Jacuzzi and large laundry facilities (takes quarters). Though the park is fully enclosed, it is not gated. Sue the manager is extremely helpful and friendly. The "Off Season" rate was the best in the Mesa, Apache Junction, Gilbert area. There are large shopping areas within a mile ( Wal-Mart, Ross etc.) and tons of restaurants. A hospital is located directly across the street from the rv park. Probably a lot busier in the "on season" but we would definitely stay here again.
