Not a resort, NOT Johnny's for years
Stayed one month 37' 5 wheel with 2 other Rv's as they could get us 3 spots. This us not a resort. Pool not open in winter and no real clubhouse. It has some very nice lots but we were in older section with gravel and a little unlevel side to side and our lot was very tight and difficult back in with curbs to deal with. Lake is nice and trail around it, lot of train noise but they don't blow horn so that helps. Reasonable lot price but electric highest we have paid to date. Good cable TV
Mostly workers and full time residents but we had no issues with anyone, residents we interacted with were friendly.

STAY AWAY
It’s more like a mobile home park for traveling workers or angry retired ppl that try to be the park police and make up their own rules and yell at you. Some of the ppl there are extremely rude and sit around and get drunk all day. I also heard some of the drunk old men making sexual remarks to a 12 yr old girl. Our family could not wait for our month to be up. Also, the bugs, mosquitoes, spiders, & cockroaches are crazy. Probably due to many neglected campers and trash left around campers. Never will we stay there again. I would leave 0 stars but I can’t.

Price Is Right
Nice place alot of permanent campers .some run down, cats running loose. Most rules are followed but some don't ,cable .fishing .staff are very nice and was able to get us a better spot since we stayed a month. Trains noise but wasn't a real bother.
