Bathrooms have been renovated with a key card for campers only. The grounds are a bit unkept. Lots of potential here, but the focus is on the marina.

Nice But Could Be Better

The Marina is extremely nice. The campground not so much. Its run down the bath house is disgusting. No swimming areas. fair bank fishing. No good view of the water from the campground.

So disappointed!

Was excited to check out this park. Beautiful setting, paved bike trail, dump station, on the river, great playground very wooded, now to the not so good stuff. Looks like has some very extended stay guest if not permanent guest, one person had chainlink fence stacked next to his camper, one camper had tarp over the roof, one had 5-6 kids battery operated cars (riding type) , may have had a storm within days, Huge limbs off dead trees fallen, lots of standing water picnic tables and grills in disrepair etc.... Bath houses really dirty. No office to be found. This is such a shame! If the city of Huntsville owns this wow is all i can say!
