The only one in that area
We have been fulltimers here for a while. It has mostly been fine though dull. No real laundry facilities, no play ground, just the farm and a dirt road. That still was mostly all we needed. The park is developing but has recently employed some nasty neighbors that do not care about any noise curfews and frequently argue outside. i made the mistake of moving my camper away from said noisy neighbors before properly alerting the owners son. I apologized as i accidentally moved to a more expensive spot and promised to move it again. Soon was not soon enough for him so i was chewed out on the phone. I will be making plans to move soon during the holiday break. I can recommend Todds for short stays as it is one of the few parks in this exact stretch of highway but if you are thinking long term i would tread lightly, choose where you park carefully, expect trouble leveling your rig as nearly the whole place is just mud, and make all the necessary back up plans for activities and laundry.

The Good, The Bad, The Ugly
The Good: Nicest People Ever - FREE DUMP STATION We were heading north on 431, on our way to Canada. We called to see if we could borrow their dump station and they said yes! When I asked about the fee, he told me we don’t charge anything. When we arrived and spoke to him he said the city put the dump station in and for this reason they do not feel they should charge. Very sweet, very nice. The Bad: The dump station is adjacent to a cornfield, a little overgrown, but the price is right. The Ugly: nothing Comments: There is only one water spigot so don’t go filling your fresh tank. You should never do that in case you did not know this already. The bonus was to speak to somebody who is so sweet and kind always makes my day. Enjoy!
