Hidden Gem

This is one of those campgrounds you hope people don't find out about. It's gotten very popular. Excellent grounds, well maintained by deep pockets of the "casino". They've added a bath house but we don't use them. If they are like anything else there, there's probably a butler with heated towels standing by. Our favorite stop over and a great escape from hurricanes in the Panhandle. No "clubhouse" facilities or activities for kids...but...that's one of the great features for us. Excellent bike riding campground. Stay away so we can always find a site when passing through.

This is a NICE park! Spaces are a little short for our 44' coach & toad. But they work after unhooking. Interior roads paved, spaces all concrete & pretty level. No trees to scratch the coach (BIG deal for us!) It's a great stop. VERY well maintained. We went into town for dinner, (10 min drive). Would definitely stop here again. Y'all did a great job planning this park!

WONDERFUL

So glad we found this place on our way to Florida! Easy in easy out, clean and comfortable. Great staff! We were just there for an overnight, if ever a reason to stay in the area longer this would be our spot.

Florida bound

Great place for an overnight or a couple nights if you need to be in the area for an event. They have a Bingo hall on the grounds that I am told is a huge ordeal. Easy off Hwy 231. Looked like all pull thru. Long cement pads. Very clean individual shower\toilet areas. Definitely make it our stop on our way to Florida every year

Perfect Spot

Clean, well laid out, spotless showers, full service hook ups...a garbage can at each site!

What A Spectacular Place!

This is truly a hidden gem. Awesome place ... spacious,plenty of room to walk your dog. There’s even a dog park with an agility course. Highly recommend and we Will definitely be back!

Spacious New Campground

I absolutely love staying here. It’s a new modern campground. Very quiet! The new laundry facilities were a godsend. Sharon in the office is a sweetheart. We’ve stayed here twice so far and will be back.

Overnight Stay

Found this park by chance while heading north towards I 40. Outstanding park. Staff was friendly. Immaculate park. They are in the process of building a shower house. Would stay again.

Great RV Campground

This is a beautifully maintained park, surrounded by woods on one side, grassy area, nice large sites, full hookups, lodge and concrete pads large enough for any big rig. Never had to unhook and we are 45 feet of fifth wheel plus long wheel based pickup. No bath house and /or pool so it was very quiet and almost empty. Large Bingo Hall ? Outdoor amphitheater had Christmas Light show with Music. Will definitely be back when traveling on Hwy Through Dothan.

Great Surprise

With over 500 RV parks to our experiences, this one is a "hidden" gem. Spacious, clean, fully appointed paved sites. Cecili warm personality made us feel welcomed. She was so helpful and caring. The beautiful and inviting lodge is a great option for traveling without an RV. Hope to return sometime.

Beautiful park, very clean and modern. Paid only $22.00 with passport America. Great for an overnight stop but some others seemed to be there for longer stays. Free coffee and trash cans at each site. The only negative was no cable tv. I would stay here again.

Easy in and out off of hwy 231. Easy check in and staff very friendly and helpful. All pull thru, all concrete but it's on a hill and very un level from side to side probably about 4 inches. Full hook up but cable is not working. All hook up is at the back of site so you will need long hoses. Really quiet and close to town. We was in a 40 fifth wheel and 4 day stay. No shower house if that's a problem for you. We would stop again.

Very Nice

A little hard to find but follow directions on this app & you will find it. Worth it. Quiet, friendly and wonderful level pull through sites. Very clean.

A Surprise..

First time here and pleasantly surprised..80 sites all paved streets with wide long so it's all pull through.. Water, electric 50 amp sewar.Veryclean ..No restrooms though.. Big bingo gathering, Nice hotel ..Just off 231 south of Dothan..5 star., Would stay here every trip..

Excellent Campground

If not the best cg we have been in over the past 15 years, this is way up there. Very easy in and out. Super clean, manicured sites, all concrete. Very congenial hostess. Only drawback is location of the hookups. They are at the back of the site instead of the middle. Either need about 30 feet of sewer hose, or, instead of unhooking the toad, just drive around the park before leaving and stop and dump.

Excellent

We stumbled across this campground in the evening. Check in at the lodge which is a beautiful building and it’s behind an enormous bingo hall. Very quiet!! Beautiful campground, wide spots that have grass, cement pads, paved roads-wonderful for one or more nights. We camped in a motorhome and did not have to disconnect our toad.

Very clean, quiet and the attendant were excellent. Easy to get in and out.Great place if you’re looking for a stop over. I was there for a week do to work. I will be back.
