I reserved a site for three days at this campsite. Unfortunately, I had issues crossing the border and was not allowed into Canada. I contacted the campsite to notify them that I was unable to cross the border and needed to cancel my reservations. I asked them to refund me part or all of my deposit due to the extenuating circumstances but they refused and promised to send me a letter of credit which I have yet to receive. I'm sure they booked my site to someone else and got double the fees
