Great Location

Staff is amazingly professional and dedicated to service. Only park central to the City. True it is tight, but very clean. City noise is to be expected when in the center of all the action. Love it!

Stayed for a week. Convenient location, but adjacent to freeway and train tracks, and quite noisy. Internet and cable are atrocious, and spaces are very tight. I would not recommend this park.

Glamping

We camped a week here with our pop-up tent trailer. The sites are cozy, no fire pits. The amenities are very clean! The indoor pool, hot tub (only for 14+ no littles allowed) area, laundry room, play ground, flush toilets and hot showers were all included, no extra fees. The only down side was the noise from the trains (CP, and city). Overall, I would still stay here again!

Very nice place great staff friendly place would definitely recommend however some spots are very tight to navigate close to transit to see sights had hard time getting in my site & got lots of help getting in even one of the staff came to help

This park is overrated lots of train noise and very crowded hardly room for slide outs I would not stay again

Very nice park great amenities, full hookups, you pay extra for full wifi service! Very tight parking all big travel trailers and big rigs but they will fit if you maneuver them just right into the spaces. They have a pool, hot tub, washers and dryers, a littel store. Not far from downtown Vancouver I would definitely come back here again.

Beautiful

We had a wonderful time!!! The pool was gorgeous and we loved the open space. The kids fell in love with the arcade but they said it could use some better games. Our stay was lovely, we will definitely come again! ❤️
