Crabby Owner

Called early afternoon for availability the same night... owner was not friendly and stated that if we can’t make it by 8 pm, she will not accommodate us... which we would have made it, she asked where we were coming from and insisted we would not be there on time. She must not need to stay in business, as there are other options nearby who are very warm and inviting.

Worth Every Penny

Let me start with saying my wife and I were passing through and decided to stop for the night. We called ahead and got the last space they had. We arrived fairly late about 7 and were welcomed in like old friends. The cost, 41 dollars and some change after taxes, was very reasonable. The sites are gravel but very large, big enough for the truck, camper, and a boat if you had one. As I was setting up, I noticed I had a tire coming apart. The next morning I changed the tire to discover the lug nuts would not work with my spare rim. The owner not only brought up a nice Jack for me to use but told me where I could probably get different lug nuts on a Sunday morning. Because of them we were able to make it out and home. This place and its owners are awesome!

Rude People

After having a blow out on rv and waiting three hours for road side service we arrived at campground at ten at night Went to assigned site to have office staff come to motorhome and tell us to leave cause we didn’t go to office. Couldn’t tell office was even open. She then said well you drive by it - we explained what happened and she said I don’t care Then asked name and said we were in correct site All with alcohol on her breath and a bottle of booze with her

Love This Park.

Newer facility with wide pull thru spaces and gravel roads. Excellent view of countryside. Easy access to large recreation area of Glendo Lake. We will definately stop by again on our travels!

Passing Through

Large full hookup rv sites. Great location near I-25 and Glendo reservoir. Clean baths and showers, ice and propane were available. Even stopped in for a night cap at their watering hole.

Nice Park

Nice quiet park. Fit our big rig fine. Suggest calling for reservations because they fill up fast.

Not on the lake. Not a lot to do- staff friendly and facilities wry clean.

Nice Campdround

Overnite stay. Large level sights, wifi, full hookups. Reasonable rate, friendly staff, pull through, picnic table. Would stay again.

Very Nice

spent 5 days at end of season. Full service, extra large lots, room for RV, car, and boat still having nice picnic table area. All spots are gravel but nice and level with well maintained hookups. No shade, limited other facilities but still worthwhile place to stop. Very close to Glendo Reservoir.
