This campground has beautiful views of the river with easy access to wade in. The pools were clean and for the most spacious during the week. The weekends are very loud at night, there doesn't seem to be a noise policy at all and if there is...it is not enforced. The lower camping area has no sewer hookups, but by far the best views. The upper area does not have much for shade, although the showers are bigger and more of them. Park staff was friendly when we saw them.

A bit on the higher side for camping but it does have water and electrical hookups down by the river which is pretty cool.
Close enough to the city is to head out on Friday and set up before dark. And while there aren't many cool trails by the campsite, it's not far from Willow River State Park or Osceola.

Lovely Place
This is a great place. Nice pool and river sites. Only drag was having to pay for hot water at the showers.

Looks Can Be Deciving
The park looks great from the website and when you first get there. But once there you'll find out that it's extremely over priced, the expect you to wear wristbands like you're at a fair, the night we were there the park had a lot of drunks, the WiFi didn't work and the bathrooms were disgusting with no toilet paper and you have to pay for showers. On our 3 week trip around america this was the worst spot.
