Management is friendly enough, but the park makes a dump look inviting. The only reason we stayed was we had paid in advance to reserve the last spot for the night . Trailers are 90% permanent and are packed so close that when awnings are deployed they touch the neighbors rig. The dog walk is outside the gate along the road. Bathrooms are clean, but so are Walmarts.

Awful!

We stayed in this park for 5 months. We paid monthly lot rent and electricity on time or early. We checked out more than 30 days ago and they did not return our deposit. $350.00. No return phone call from management or from corporate. The spaces are super small. The circuit breakers frequently tripped leaving us without electricity too many times to count. The grass was watered every afternoon all summer. No big deal except that the water was being sprayed all over our rig and vehicle. Then as soon as they stopped watering the grass in the fall management came and removed the picnic tables from the site. They have a very nice area to walk your pets with cameras everywhere. These cameras do NOT deter people from not picking up after their pet. I cleaned up after my dog and at least 2 piles of waste from other peoples pets each and every-time I walked my pet!

Nice Clean Place

Staff was very nice, price was good, I was happy.

NO big Rigs

Very nice people. Tidy park. Shade trees, grass between sights. Playground! Next to interstate but we did NOT hear road noise. Only a couple 50amp @ $45. Most are 30amp and we were darn lucky it wasn't in the 90s like the week before! Claim pull thrus are 55' but everything is so narrow and tight and parking in streets that they should not accept anything over 38 or 40 and it's still tight to get your truck or toad in with you! Nice people but we won't be back with our 43' mh.
