Riverside Camping

The campsite had plenty of good spots to choose from alongside a running beautiful river. The hikes nearby are within walking distance. The two different bathrooms were clean. The +/- 5 miles of gravel road just before the entrance is the only detail that could slow you down a bit.

Wonderful Experience!

Great Campground! I took my 32 ft motor home, yes I had room to park. There a few sites that can accomodate rigs my size. I was in site 20 and besides my rig there was room for 3 roomy tents and 2 hammocks. The campground was peaceful, quiet, and beautiful. The Rangers were beyond friendly and very knowledgable about the diverse species. The lake was warmer than expected. All in all a wonderful 5 days! And yes, I will be returning.
