Awesome Campground!
This is one of the best kept secrets if you call and book in advance. Upgraded and well organized since 2019/20 The campground switched ownership to the daughter-in-law of the long standing founders and original owners keeping this great place in the familiy.Familiy takes pride keeping this place nice
TIPS:
1. DO NOT try and arrive/set up in the dark. It's dangerous low lit camp makes it a DAY ARRIVAL best!
2. Great general store, but prepare to pay "last store in area" prices.
3. Bring COINS (.25ยข) for Showers and awesome cabins. Usually book out several months out.
4. No water or power hookups. Also not a bit footprint to bring a 20+ trailer through. RV PARK across street loads of room). Use courtesy and common sense when checking out size.
6. Best for TENTS or campers trailers under 20'.
7. Ask store clerk JONIE about her Bigfoot sighting over the years. They are fascinating tales of mystery and intrigue.
8. Burgers are DELICIOUS!
9. Limited sites but upgraded in 2019 to more.

Everyone working was super friendly. Sites are slightly confusing to find in the dark. But great value on our 101 trip.

This is far from a resort. While the people working here are nice, the campground is a mess. No set pattern or organization of sites. Hard to determine where they even are. No sewer connect and no dump station . Have to drive out to state park to dump. All dirt under large spruce trees with stumps everywhere.
