Bad
This place is too pricy. Asked price, was told 49.00$ plus taxes and fees ! 3 taxes nothing we can do about that, but was charged a booking fee of $3.50 and credit card processing fee of $5.00 !
The sites are tight, place is noisy from highway and train passing by often ! Never staying here again !

Not Great
The park was nice and clean. We choose this park over others in the area because of the pool and hot tub. We got in a little before seven and headed straight to the pool to find everything already closed. ALL amenities including the store were already closed. Not worth a stay for just a place to park with utilities. Then the train noise, came through at least once an hour all hours and blew the horn all the way past!!! Sites were clean but packed like sardines. Out picnic table and fire pit (that was on a burn ban)was right next to our neighbor's hook up and sewer!!

Nice Place Between Hey And X-tracks
Although this place is situated between a the freeway and rail road tracks, the noise is not bothersome. The spaces are wide and the Park is big. They have plenty to do to keep everyone busy when needed. Staff is great and grounds are well kept up.
We had hopes to get closer into Seattle but thwarted by lack of planning and were pushed South to this location. It worked out great and happy we came across the park.
We liked the tiny houses too, we have always wanted to tour tiny homes but never had the opportunity. Pretty cool.

Trains!
Look it up, there are on average 60 trains a day passing the crossing at the park's edge - and they all have to blow their horn. The park is wedged directly between the double tracked rail line and the freeway - very very noisy.
Not all sites have fire rings. Some sites are well shaded. Has a small store on site. Pool is nice. Good rec center thing with covered basketball and a big field with frisbee golf. Sauna, jacuzzi. Walk to the river. Very friendly owner. Bathrooms and showers are decent. Accommodates RVs of all sizes.
Just way too expensive to put up with all those trains...

Beautiful park, lots to do, pool, spa, jacuzzi. Grass and trees separating and most sites are pull thru.

Airstreamer
Nice folks, nice exercise trial to river. I happen to like the sound of trains, but if you don't, I would not recommend it. I scored lower because my kids are grown, but looks like a great place to stop with kids. More of a Rv lit then a campground
