small and pretty
The trees and undergrowth (ferns and moss) indicate it rains here a lot which makes it a beautiful little campground. The spaces are open and spacious--works well for tents or trailers. There are a couple of playgrounds and three bridges over a creek that runs through. You can sometimes hear a ball game in the evening at the nearby Rainier School.

Really Like This Park
This is a often overlooked little park. It is not great for huge rigs but I have seen some pretty big ones in there. It is quiet and pretty well kept. They have onsite park hosts. Showers are closed from 9pm-6am. We have stayed here several times. We love the shade and privacy. They have a soccer field, baseball field, two playgrounds, lots of room for bike riding in park and a small creek that runs through the park. There are no organized activities for kids but lots of room to play.

We have been here for 3 Days leaving tomorrow thank God. The park is unkept. Bathrooms are dirty and smell like urine. Today we encountered a homeless drug addicted woman enter the park, go through the trash bin for cans, bottles and plastics. She entered the Men's restroom. She was in their for over a half hour. The park host finally came down and told her to leave, after she had already taken a shower twice in the men's shower with her clothes on. My recommendation is to go elsewhere. Early I had a young guy ask me for a lighter. Which I did not have, the next thing I knew he was smoking weed and singing and stomping ground and yelling to the top of his lungs. This is not a RV park for children.

Best Caretakers And Site So Far!
The couple who run Hudson-Parcher are truly hospitable. The park is very well-maintained under tall trees with full hookups and dry camping. I dry camped which includes shower usage - and no coins needed! Nice trails to walk and plenty of kid-friendly playground areas, even a soccer field.

Don't Get There After Dark
I was unable to find a park map and Google's satellite imagery didn't show much more than treetops. There aren't any lights, except at the bridge. It looked like a nice place, from what we could see with the headlights. I wasn't able to find a spot big enough for our trailer and had to reverse the 5th wheel about 300ft in the dark because I found a dead end. A few lights or signs or something would be great. After the dead end, we left and stayed in a Wal-Mart parking lot.

Pretty, family-friendly county park.
This park is much nicer than I expected from looking at the park map. I saw we were at the edge of the "playing field" and imagined a manicured lawn with little or no shade. But it's more a large grassy area with some shade trees for the many youngsters here to play on. There are plenty of trees. Our site is, I think, one of the smaller ones but it's quite spacious for us with our small trailer. It's not so easy to see where the "road" is since it's neither paved nor heavily gravelled - if there are continuing tire tracks, that's the "road".
