I would never use this RV Park . Booked a site for my 32 ft Class A. They put us in a site that was on an angle that was "33 ft". Being on an angle the nose of my RV would stick out in the street. They did not know what other sites would be available because they had no idea what the other size RVs were coming in. Therefore could not accommodate putting me in a site my RV would fit. They were rude. Unwilling to find a solution. We went not far to Willow Winds RV Park. Absolutely amazing.

“River” Sites Way Too Small
We reserved a “riverside” site and quickly found out that it appears these sites were added to try to squeeze in more people. Our TT barely fit in the short, unlevel gravel site and we had to park our truck 450 ft away from the campsite, because the campers around us had tried to squeeze their vehicles into their sites rather than parking in the “overflow” parks as we did. We had to ask two people to move their vehicles just to get into our site. Also, no ATT cell service. Wifi through Tengo internet but had to call to set it up and give info for your smart TV/ Firestick/etc, BUT since no cell service, could not do this. Also, our “river” site could not SEE the river for the berm around it. Had only a handful of shower/toilet combos for a large number of campers, and they stayed full until late at night. Need more facilities for number of campers. Also, three of four washers OUT OF ORDER the whole time we were there. Best thing there was the hot tub. Would not stay here again.

Nice Place
Super nice. People were very friendly. Great spot for checking out Zion or Bryce Canyon. Only negative is the wifi like other people mentioned but I didn't really care about that. I had no service with Verizon but my wife had 4G with T-Mobile/Sprint. Would stay here again!

Mostly Good Some Bad
Great base camp for exploring much of SW Utah parks. Nice facility and grounds. Lousy WiFi and zero Verizon coverage...if you care about being connected consider other means.

Great Park...but....
Super nice park, but for the price I’d expect better internet service...there for three nights and totally unusable. Sites are level and well laid out, other then being tight. Lots of highway and kid noise. Staff were great but didn’t enforce COVID guidelines in the office/store. We didn’t use pool or hot tubs due to the amount of kids.

All I can say is I will be back here for sure. Looking to plan out next trip soon. Customer service amazing. Clients are amazing. Nice green spots. Well organized Friendly Can beat the river time just floating or sitting with your feet in the water. Pool was warm. Bathrooms and showers are well maintained and clean. Also the family environment is spot on. All the kids played throughout the park riding bikes and having a blast at night. Loved watching the kids looking for frogs at night. Close to Zion. A must go!! Book now.

Refused Our Dog
Really looked forward to staying there. However, they refused our dog. She’s a mellow 11 year old Amstaff. In the states, they classify them as pit bulls. Nothing wrong with pits, but to blanket refuse all dogs in that class, regardless of training, is wrong. If it is an insurance issue with coverage, I suggest they look at more forward thinking carriers and do some additional research into the characteristics of dog breads.Amstaffs are loving, affectionate and eager to please. In fact, years ago they were referred to as the “Nanny Dog” due to their care, loyalty and affection with children. I’m sure Amstaffs pose a serious threat to your park. You could be licked to death.

Very Nice!
Stayed for 2 nights while we visited Zion a National Park. We arrived late, after the office had closed. Our map with our site was on the outside board waiting for us. Site was easy to back into. Mostly level. Park was very clean and well maintained. Very clean bathrooms/showers and laundry. Great pool, playground and volleyball area for the kids. Cute little store where office is located. It was one of the best parks we have stayed in. Would have liked to stay a few more nights if time would have allowed.

Great Find
Nice spaces, clean laundry, kid friendly. Had a great spot with a grassy area in the back across from the laundry. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful park and very well kept. Had no issues with WiFi but cell service was another story. I have at&t and it worked fine my now wife has Verizon and her phone was practically a paper weight. Park was very crowded and the sites were somewhat small for the price but again the facility as a whole was beautiful and well maintained. I was a little put off by the fact there was a huge picnic table in the middle of my site which I had to get out and drag out of the way in order to back my rig in. I could have probably gotten maintenance to do it but i was able to do it faster. As a whole the facility was beautiful and I would definitely come back I would just want a bigger lot regardless of the price difference. Will be recommending to others.

Friendly staff, very clean and well kept,a little crowded and pricey, and only letting kids in the hot tub for 1 hour and that being in the evening was kinda bad. WiFi was all but non existent. Verizon cell service was even worse.... all that being said it’s a beautiful area and I would stay there again

Great Location, Facilities And Clean
Lots of great things to say about this camp. Clean and well managed. Location is beautiful and gives you access to several parks in this area. The only reason I gave it 4 star is it is pricey and I was bummed that the jacuzzi wasn’t available when I stayed.

Not Kid-Friendly
Nowhere in the park guidelines does it say no playing ball in the streets. An old codger next to us had a fit that we were going to accidentally bounce a foam football into his Jeep or trailer so he called the front office to complain. Next thing we knew we were being told that we could only play ball back by the dog area. Meanwhile other families/kids were playing football and volleyball in the streets and management said nothing. We stayed for 4 days and it’s a place where old codgers just look to complain. They sit in their campers all day watching television and waiting to complain about someone being too loud or someone breaking an unwritten rule. Since these codgers stay there so often they have a direct line to the front office and the management caters to their whining. Will never stay here again.

Best Park Ever!
Was one of the best parks we stayed in. Loved having the lawn in our lot. Stayed just one night in between stays in Zion park. Would have stayed longer if we had regular shuttles into Zion Springdale or connect to the Springdale shuttles. Private bathrooms have shower and toilet and washbasin for yourself! The jacuzzi and pool were great. The store has everything you need and some really unique quality souvenirs. Will go back!

Probably the best campground in the US! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was so clean! Office has everything you need if you forget something. Spacious. And the activities for kids and adults added to the fun. The pool and hot tub were the best and we met many wonderful people from all over the world. Beautiful area!

Beautiful Resort!
This place is wonderful! The entire facility is clean & well maintained. The sites are large enough to accommodate our 40ft RV and several larger RV's and 5th wheels. The RV sites have a grassy area and small gravel spot with a picnic table & fire pit. We walked around to look at all the sites/facilities and check out the variety of rigs staying here, WOW! The laundry room is clean and a short walk from any site. The pool/hot tub area looked nice. Restroom/showers were all clean. The office/store are had a bulletin board listing all the activities available for entertainment for the week at the resort. The staff was friendly and informative. The price was on point for all this place has to offer! It's a short & scenic 20 minute drive to Zion NP. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area!

Fantastic Resort
Beautifully maintained, great scenery, nice facilities. Offer shuttle to Zion National Park for $7. We paid about $60 for a 25' site.

RV
Nicely kept with many amenities. We recommend not staying in a "river front" sites as there is a rock wall bordering the property and one cannot see the river. The river sites also have no grass where the pull through sites in a regular row have nice grass and trees.
