Ups And Downs
You cannot beat the views! It's pretty awesome that you can walk right to a national park from your campground. We were there on memorial weekend and they shut the entrance to the park and the whole city down because there was absolutely no parking. Quite the perk that you would still be able to go into the park because you're close enough to walk. We had full hookups technically, unfortunately they lost water for 2 days, We did get compensated but only when we asked, and then were told it's individual based (odd). There was a pool, it was not that large but big enough that a few different families can be in it and having fun separately. They do have laundry but quite pricey. $4 to wash and $4. Not going to lie, the sites are pretty tight. There is really nowhere to park your car so when you are considering where you can go keep your vehicle in mind for your total length. It goes without saying that it is very expensive. All in all we'd stay again.

#1 For Enjoying Zion
Pricey and tight but absolutely best way to explore Zion.Riverside sites a splurge but worth it.Best showers ever. Rode our reg bikes 5 minutes to bike entrance of park, early afternoon, avoidAM crowds. Forget popular mobbed trails. We glided down the 7 miles of magnficence,in absolute peace and quiet, stopping at viewpoints, having a transcendent experience of Zion with 2 mile Pa'rus trail at end...then easy ride. Back to campground.Could not have been better. 6 nights here was superb 2nd week of Oct 2022.

Good Spot Near To Zion
We stayed there two nights. We didn’t use any of the amenities. There were a lot of families with kids, but overall the park got quiet early in the evening. An OK place.

Great location! Walked to Zion park each morning, about a 10-15 walk. Site had good shade and the creek was nice for wading or floating down. Pool was good size and nice to cool off in after morning hike. Would stay again, thanks!

Name Change/Good Location/Pretty Rough
All dirt spots. Bathrooms were rough. Most men’s toilets out of order. Ok for overnight but not much else.
Close to Zion
Name has changed to Hi Road rv

amazing Views
Stayed here September 2020 - last minute reservation and we got a great site, full hook up $59/night. This is walkable to the Zion Park entrance and Visitor Center where you can catch the shuttles. Only negative- don’t expect to get in anytime before checkin. We parked across the road -nice little park next to the library while waiting to check in. Did not visit many shops in town due to Covid restrictions. Took shuttle to Zion Park Lodge and hiked emerald pools trail and river walk & observation Point trail. We would stay here again.

Spots are close but wow is the campground view amazing. Not much grass for pets. A small tree blocked our awning but at least we had a little shade. Great town.

Convenient Clean And Beautiful
We stayed here for one night and the location is conveniently located near the west entrance of Zion. The area is beautiful, soaring cliffs and red rocks. There is a river that runs along the campground but was contaminated during our visit. The only downside to this RV park was that the lots were sand covered, not gravel. Travelers from Arizona, beware: the fastest route is 89 but you need to pay a $45 fee to drive through the south entrance of Zion to get to this RV park.

Very Good Place
The staff is very nice and helpful. Great location and the RV park is very nice. The only issue I had was very very slow Wi-Fi and cable only gets a few channels. Mostly clean and quiet. I would recommend it.

Great Location
Initially, I thought the cost was too high and amazed how close all of the sites were together, but once my wife reminded me we were there for Zion's NP and not to sit in our site, I realized how awesome this place was. Location is prime for accessing Zion's NP (campgrounds located within the park do not offer full hookups). Restrooms and showers are very clean and modern. Despite how crowded it was, it was quiet in the evenings. Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Zion's NP.

Nice
Check in across the street at the store. No cell service in or around Zion. Wifi only in bath house. Closest RV Park to Zion entrance. Clean laundry facility. A little high on the price.

Definitely A Great NPS Alternative
We stayed here for 3 nights the week before Halloween. The park was busy but it was very quiet overall. Our 27’ camper trailer with one slide fit great. Neighbors are close but that’s what you need to expect when you’re within walking distance of a national park’s gate. We didn’t interact much with staff so no opinion on that. This will be our go to spot for our annual Zion trips!

This RV park was amazing. Can’t get any better location to Zion park. Shuttle service is right out front or ride your bike into the canyon which we did and was amazing. The restaurants directly across the street had great service and excellent food. If you bring your dogs the river right behind the park is great for them to cool off. We will be back!!

Great campground!
We had only planned to stay one night, but we loved it so much we booked another night. Beautiful landscape, super close to the park, great built up town. There’s also a river behind the campground that you can walk through, tube etc.. My three girls loved it.

My Fav RV Park!!
This was my first RV park ever and we ended up backed up to a little river. It was perfect. We had all hookups except sewer. But, only because of our proximity to the river. The other slots had sewer. We had a wonderful visit there and will definitely come back again. Clean showers, laundry and there is even a pool and a general store. Also, restaurants and ice cream in walking distance.

Add A Smile
Great spot and layout is good. Easy to maneuver rig in and out. When we checked in front desk was not busy but did not seem to be interested in answering helpful questions. Did not know where to buy RV products. Attitude keeps your customers coming back. Ok spot but will try other spots in future.

Great Option!
Very clean. Professional and friendly staff. Clean showers, clean bathrooms, large clean laundry room, playground, picnic tables, 30 and 50 amp sites with full hookup or tent sites available, too. View is incredible. We preferred it over the view of the campground inside the park.

Beautiful! A Total Gem Of A Park
We will surely be back. This place is right outside the park entrance. Nice pull-through spots, full hookups, excellent facilities, great for our kids, a river runs through it and there are deer everywhere - like outside our trailer door. A very genuine experience. All of our fellow campers were just as impressed. Wow... beautiful views too. Awesome location. Worth the price, no question.

Great Views & Just Right In Zion
If visiting Zion for a few days, this is the best place to stay. Park once & use the Springdale shuttle just outside the park to connect to the Zion shuttle. The park has great views, great location, riverside lot was absolutely gorgeous.
Don’t really like the tokens for 6min showers; after long hikes, we really needed long scrubs! The shower time is what I’d like to change. Would also be good to have had some hooks, shelves near the wash basins in the restrooms to hang the toiletries.

Location, Location, Location!
Gorgeous views, in town within walking distance of everything. Free shuttle takes you everywhere including the Park. Not a big fan of 1 token a day for 6 minute showers, but otherwise, really happy and perfect place to visit park from. Much nicer than park campground.

Spectacular Views!!
We stayed here one night in our fifth wheel trailer. Next time we plan to stay longer! Perfectly centralized, walking distance into town, family friendly. Short drive into Zion, ride the free shuttles to visit the different areas in the park, they’re constantly coming and going. Friendly staff, clean bathrooms, small pool and overall a great place to camp!

Great Location And Beautiful Views
This is a great RV park if your too big for Watchman Tower! Our RV is 35ft, they have a few big pull through sites, the park is small so not many big spots. We didn’t book in advance so we had to show up, sites that weren’t reserved are first come first serve after 12pm only for one night. We drove 2 mins to the Zion National Park welcome centre and took the shuttle all over Zion National Park. The bathrooms are nice and so are the showers. The pool is small and is part of the hotel but is open to the RV park. It’s a little pricey but that’s because of location. We also noticed that there’s a lot of
Families here so I would say it’s kid friendly. We’re really happy that we stayed here. Also there are spots right on the river for tents and small RVs/vans.

Nice pool, office, bathrooms. Office personnel are polite and friendly and if you have a problem they go out of their way to help you. RV Park within walking distance to Zion NP. RV Park itself has very small sites so uneven you can hardly sit in a chair. Lots of dirt.

Great Location!
Great campground. It’s tied to a Quality Inn so there’s a pool (small) and nice laundry facility. Perfect location for the park as it’s right next to town and walking distance to the Visitor Center to jump on shuttles for the Park. People were very friendly. Great new shower facility. Spots could do with a bit more leveling would be my only suggestion.

Pricey
Absolutely NO cell service in this area. Wifi available at the laundry/bath house. Check in is at the store across the road and signage was not sufficient to point this out. We found this campground to be decent and the scenery was very nice but felt like it was a little pricey, even for being right near the east entrance to Zion National Park. Lots of weeds and brush around camp site and the fire ring was full of ash. Bath house and laundry was large but not clean and one shower was missing the door. Kinda yuck. $49 per night with full hookups.

Put It In Shape And Then Charge Prices,
I understand there are new owners, I understand it's not easy. But you can keep the place clean. Our space was full of debris, it was sloping off in two directions, making it very difficult to level, the spot was right in a water run-off. In my opinion the grounds are neglected, extremely dusty and insects ... OMG. We were attacked by a swarm of yellow jackets ... no wifi and no cell phone service. Our GPS could not even record the place. And last but not least. This was our 31st stay in campgrounds in as many days, and at $ 54 it was the priciest.

We really enjoyed this place close to the National Park ( free Shuttle ) and just on the river. With the very high temperature it's was really great. We paied 40$ a night what is not to expensive for what you have. Swimming pool, clean restrooms and showers included. But To be honest , sites was not Big enough and too close than neighbour

Great Place To Stay With Motorhome
We have been in this site for one night, great location, you can park there and the Zion park shuttle stops nearby.
The only downside is that this place, when it is full, is a little bit noise and when many people doing firehood all the site get burning smell.

Great location, can't find one closer to Zion National Park. New owner is working hard to make upgrades! Sites were nice, but electric had a few issues, but working hard to fix it! Great store and bistro at the office.

Great Place!!
We've been going here for over 15 years. We started out in tents as we grow, we started RVing. Out of all the places we visited this is still our favorite. The hiking and all the activities to just sitting around the river enjoying the day. I highly recommend if you've never been there to try it once. Perfect time of the year is April and May.
Have you spent Thanksgiving up there 4 times. Great place to go thank you for your time.
