This is a nice city park with regular golf, frisbee golf, picnic pavilion, trails on the creek. The RV Park is a parking lot along a busy two lane road, with hookups for water and electric along one side. Basically no shade for the rigs. You back up against small oak trees with picnic tables under them. There's no restroom at the RV Park section, there are two sink toilet type restrooms in the picnic area. I don't think it's worth $40

Mr.
Add beautiful view to all the positive comments and ignore the negative ones. This a great stopover on the route to I70 or Moab. There are not many alternatives and this beats many private campgrounds. Only a few municipalities like, Spanish Fork, would provide the money to support RV` ers. Use this park and thank them for it!

Great Little Place to Stay
Its a bargain for $25.00! Water and electricity with a dump station at the end of the parking lot. Trail leads down to a park with a pond, lots of shade, picnic tables, and a bathroom with flushing toilets. We'll be back!

Might Work For You, Absolute Misery For
If you are desperate and need electricity for your ac, this might work for you. It's an absolute mess. There is about 6 or 7 feet between rvs so your neighbors and the noise they bring with them might as well be inside your space.
The host told me to pick up my dogs waste immediately and when I did, I picked up approximately 3 other dogs waste.
I'd rather run my generators for AC in the side of the road than stay here again.

Parking Lot With Hookups/Trees
Each spot has a little pocket in the treeline that is shaded with a picnic table and a steep path down to the park/lake on the other side. Longer trailers will probably need to unhook and park next to vehicle. Dump station is not pull through, it's at the end of the second lot so you have to pull up to it and then back up to get close enough with longer trailers. Our spot had an old lawnmower, poop and toilet paper everywhere but once we cleaned it up we enjoyed it. Just a few other RVs in the park so we had privacy.

Nice Enough
Clean and quiet. It's just a parking lot with a shaded picnic table. It suited our purpose fine, for the money and the location we will be back.
