Just Gross
It's very hot - little shade. Very expensive, almost $50 with tax for out-of-state. $15 just for day use. Whole place stinks like dead fish or rotting weeds or something like that. Bugs everywhere. Old abandoned construction fences are laying around the entrance to the campground with weeds growing up through them - looks like no one cares. There is hardly any grass - mostly dirt with little pieces of trash in it - and an employee was "mowing" the dirt throwing up clouds of dust. Weeds all around the water/electric hookups. We took a long walk from camp to a point that sticks out into the water and there was nylon fishing line and trash everywhere. Really, with what you charge you have nobody whose job it is to pick up endless strands of nylon line blowing everywhere and hurting animals? We hated this place, you couldn't pay us to stay again.

Not Terrible, But Could Be Better
I thought $40 was a little steep for the camping, but location is good and its relatively quiet given the amount of use the park itself sees. According to others, it is $30, so it's gone up a bit in the last year. Nothing to write home about regarding the campground. The showers were kind of gross and needed a good cleaning, but the water was hot and pressure was good. Buggy over near the lake, campground was fine. 3 stars because I did enjoy biking and walking around the park with my dog plus it's pretty scenic, 2 otherwise because cleaning. There's a hidden trail with a cute bridge along the river just across from the entrance near the day use area. Locals jump the bridge for fun. Heard about 3 overhead planes while I was camping, they were noisy. Too long didn't read: a little pricey and needs some cleaning (high usage) but comfortable, scenic, and private enough.

Nice place
The place is nice. We couldn't find a playground though. $30 per night is a bit expensive IMHO.

Lovely Spot. Could Be Cleaner
This state park has great views of the mountains and is close to Utah Lake. Sites are well-spaced and all have a roofed patio, picnic table, fire pit and grill. The area is quiet except for the airport with a fair amount of GA activity. The campground is far enough from the lake so boat traffic is not a noise problem. It is conveniently located to Provo and I 15. There are showers with plenty of hot water. As noted in other reviews it is buggy because of the proximity to the lake. The biggest criticism is the poor cleanliness. We were here four nights and bathrooms were never cleaned. Our site, which did have lovely shade trees, also had cigarette butts, a melting lolly pop and other debris around the area. The picnic table did not look like it had been cleaned in a while. It's too bad because it is orherwise a lovely campground.

Provo RV
Great find and price. Like stated already, lots of bugs! The RV spot for our 34 ft and truck park in same location. Kids enjoy all the pavement to ride bikes on and the small park.

Not Bad
Nice campground, great scenery. Two things we didn't like - cheat grass all around the camp sites and thousands of bugs in the evening.

Loop B No Showers Installed.
No gate code to come in after it closes. $15/ day per extra car Mowing is done on Sunday mornings after weeds are two ft tall. Locals enter campground at will to hike(?).

Pretty Campground At The Lakeshore
Large sites, each with a shade structure. Easy walk to the marina. One of the nicer municipal campgrounds we've stayed at.
