3rd time staying here. Really like this park as they always accommodate our large rig. Close to shopping, laundry and food. New owners have improved the park. Very nice.

The Host With The Most

This RV Park is a little on the cozy side but very doable. The thing that really makes this park are the hosts—Bill and Judy. They go above and beyond the call of duty and are extremely friendly without being excessive. We would definitely return just because of them.

Great place - super friendly hosts. Full hookups, shower, clean bathrooms, centrally located to easily walk around town. Would stay again!

Quiet, Helpful, Convenient

The hosts here were amazingly friendly and helpful. Sites were large level gravel and situated in the middle of town. At night it was very quiet and peaceful. Will definitely reserve here when we are back in town. Oh, and wifi was excellent!!

Stayed 2017..very friendly & helpful staff . Park grounds are well maintained but the bathrooms are old, inadequate & have functional obsolescence. Location is good. North of the North rim & s of Zion

I don't think I can say enough good things about this oasis. Nothing fancy but a great place to set up base camp for exploring this part of Utah. The hosts Doug and Susie are top notch and the local town of Kanab has hardware stores, grocery stores and for some short adventures there are sights to see within a 10 mile radius. Now for details, wifi is good, tmobile service is good, water pressure is high so have your regulator ready, oh and did I mention that doug graduated from the same high school that I did, what a small world we live in.

Nice Place

Very friendly staff, nice clean place, close to restaurants and other businesses. I accidentally drive off with the restroom keys. They were very nice and patience about me sending them back.
