We Love This Place
Like I've said, we love this little place. Yeah the sites are close but there's more room than others I've seen in other places. There's just a peaceful, quite solitude about this little part of heaven. Surrounded by fruit trees and a couple of horses out our back window make it that much more delightful. Verizon worked great here. 👍

Small Quiet Clean Campground
Neselled in a small round valley just off Rt.89 pros: level site with decent hookups, awesome WiFi, very clean bathrooms and laundry room (inexpensive too). Even a small bit of grass and shade tree on site. Very reasonable. Only 20 min to Zion NP east gate. About 50 min to Bryce NP. 30 min to Kanab, which is quant little town with tons of history.
Cons: very small, which equates to fairly tight. No reception or cable.
Overall a very positive experience and would recommend if in the area.

Great RV Park
Big rig friendly, easy in and out, small 20 sites, quiet, very clean and well kept. Did use facilities but all we spotless. Great home base for Zion and Bryce. Very relaxing. A++

It Will Do for the Night
We needed a full hookup place for the night. Found this one. No firepit. Has shower and laundry. A bit run down but decent enough. Staff was friendly. Wifi spotty but okay. Would stay here again
1 hour drive to Zion's Visitor Center. Zion was crazy busy. Make sure to get your Shuttle tickets a day in advance.

Great Stay
We had a great time, though the sites are small and the neighbors sewage is basically right next to your picnic table. We only stayed a couple of days and spent most of our time at Zion and Bryce anyway. Also service there is very poor, so have to use the wifi at the park or hotspot.

Nice Place
We stayed a week. Nice quiet place. Clean restrooms & laundry facilities. Perfect distance between Zion & Bryce.

Nice Little Campground
We stayed here from August 9th thru the 14th. Staff is very friendly. Clean restrooms and showers. Laundry cheaper then most places we've stayed. Would definitely stay here again

This park is small but Cozy! Nice clean bathrooms. Spaces were level and the office girl was friendly. They have a freezer full of prepackaged steaks, very friendly campers. Nice spot will stay longer next time. Convenient spot for Zion, Bryce and other parks.

Love This Place
Close to many attractions including Zion, Bryce and Grand Canyon North Rim. Lots of apple trees and grass. Great Wifi although cell service is iffy. Spaces are small but comfortable. The owners are AWESOME. Check the freezer in the office. They offer beef from a local ranch that is excellent and you will relish every bite. Definitely on my list of places to come back to.

Clean, Clean, Clean
Stopped for the night between Bryce and Zion. Rolled in around 8pm. Note on the door clearly identifies what sites are available, and check in at 8am. We parked our camper and hooked up. The lawns are nice. Laundry, bathroom and showers cleanest I have seen on our cross country trip. People were all friendly.
No at&t cell service, but the wifi works ok when sitting at the pick nick table. I would stay again.

Nice Place
Convenient to Bryce and Zion, full hookup, very friendly. Slow and intermittent wifi, no cell signal. VERY NICE bathrooms and laundry. Sites a bit cramped. Nothing for kids- no playground, no pool.

Happy To Find This Spot
After a long day of driving and not finding any campgrounds in Kanab we were ready to stop for the night. They were able to get us and our traveling partners off the road for the night. Small campground with clean showers and bathrooms. They also have a laundry room. Wifi signal was good. The roads are gravel but sites seem to be level.

Delighted
This park was delightful. I would have given another star but an errant washing machine caused me to spend way more time doing laundry than any human enjoys. People here are great and easy going. There's apple orchards laden with delicious fruit. Some sweet cows came to visit us after dinner. One of us had guilty steak.

Great Place
This is the second time I have stayed here and it is a great place to relax and the staff is the nicest. The bathrooms are clean and the washer work great. It is between Bryce Canyon and Zion National parks so it is a great base camp. I would recommend this place to all.
