Hidden Gem
With rv spots perched above the reservoir, quiet and lots of wildlife around, this park is definitely our favorite of the 7,000 mile trip! Stopped here because of a traffic jam at the junction of I-80 and I-84 and it was a few miles down the road. The location is wrong on the map (that’s day use), keep going. The address is an empty turnaround. Keep going. It’s on the right. Thanks to the other commenter, we found it. $40/night. New pads, level spots. Updated infrastructure. Beautiful views and a nice beach. You’d pass by this without us reviewers say “this is a beautiful spot!!”

Beautiful Spot, Open Year Round
Wonderful new Park with electric and water facilities in our space. We are the only ones at the park, and it is snow and icy, but what a treat to have facilities available. Restrooms and showers are locked up, but it's ok. Submitted an edit to the location because the campground was a couple more miles down the road then was indicated in the link. That was a day use area. It is worth the drive! In more inclimate weather, it would be even more enjoyable!
