Out of the 7 overnight park on this app we stayed, this one needs a little more care than the others.
Staff are kind and helpful, bathrooms were clean, but the overall care needs some attention. I'm not going into great detail, it's pretty obvious what needs that attention. Price was right with a discount.

Great Location
We called for a last minute reservation... owners were very accommodating. We stayed in space B3... shady, gravel with concrete pad and picnic table... nice! Bathrooms were clean, large laundry facility, and cute store with lots of DVDs. Park was clean too. Not far from main town... and close to Cedar Breaks Natl Monument. We will definitely stay there again. We have a 24' C class, no slide outs.

Stayed two nights, roomy level gravel sites with plenty of room to maneuver even the largest rigs with towed vehicles. Many pull throughs. Large shade trees at the South End of park. Clean and great staff. We have a KOA card so got a 10% discount. A bit of nose from adjacent highway, but quiet at night. Close to Cedar Breaks, Navajo Lakes. Would stay here again. We have a 40 ft class A with slide outs, and a toad. 50 amps worked great.

Typical KOA
Paid too much for a place to stop for one night but the "premium" site was the only space available for my 40 foot Motorhome. Guess I have to chalk that one up to late plan changes. Picnic table at site was broken and "patio" was 4x6 concrete pad. Parking space was gravel and mostly level. Amenities include large play ground, pool, laundry fenced dog run, ice cream in store, hair salon, restrooms and showers. Small grass strip between sites. Utilities were centrally located to site. Office staff were very pleasant to deal with. Nice base camp for Zion National Park. Bryce Canyon further away but possible.

I have never seen restroom-showers so so nice! Beautifully done. Good showerheads. Clean and warm in January. Land nicely layed out. I'd return.

Nice, clean campground. The only problem I had was the elevated sewer pipes were yoo high for my rig; however, we only stayed 1 night in mid-Dec so we just dumped at their main site, which was also elevated.

Nicest In Town
Stayed in RV trailer in May 2016. Host was really nice and the place was kept well. Was given a nice space in the B row so that I would have decent wifi. Very pet friendly.

Nice KOA
This is like most KOA's. Nicely landscaped and clean amenities. They are friendly and helpful. They worked with us to "store" (reduced charge) our trailer so we could drive some of the more challenging roads for a few days.
