Good
Decent park. Gravel sites that are level-ish. Sites are close, but not ridiculously so. Good little fenced off area for the dogs. Nothing special but I’d stay here again. It looks better than the 2 others in cedar city.

Name no longer Country Aire, is Cedar Breaks RV. WiFi good, winter rate with Good Sam discount and 30 amp hook up was $50. Did not use their bathrooms, so cannot comment. Park had a wonderful dog area! Park clean and well kept except around garbage dumpsters - that was messy. We did not have a picnic table in our site and it appeared everyone else did…?? Staff friendly and helpful.

Name change To Cedar Breaks RV
Very nice park with lots of pull-throughs, stone parking lot with grass islands surrounded by curbing. Convenient to everything in Cedar City and not far from several parks. Nice office personnel and well-maintained grounds.

OK
Adequate sites, tho not all sites had a picnic table. Ours did not. Dog Park is literally locked, with specific hours it is open. Rest rooms old and need remodeling. Lots of traffic noise and sirens all the time.

Decided to make Cedar City a base and chose Cedar Breaks RV Park for location. Did not know area. The park is clean, nice dog area, quiet despite a main road, and the staff were efficient and friendly. We were first assigned a site that was just too small but no problem. Changed to one much easier to get into. Motor Home family next door friendly. Another pulled in next to him, cut the corner and ran over the curb. He had run over water pipe and broken it. Unfortunately he didn’t notify anyone so we suddenly had no water except for in trailer water. Since it was late evening it was the next morning before the true damage was found. The owner and manager worked tirelessly to repair the pipe and hooked us up to another site so we could have water. Very impressed with their diligence. Would stay again and wish them well.

Not Worth The Price
Know that this park has changed names to "Cedar Breaks" & assuming changed ownerships. NOT clean (sites unlevel & thinly rocked w/ weeds & debris here & there ... no lawn & more dirt than gravel, picnic tables chipping off their red paint, not to mention wi-fi not adequate (extremely slow!) This is an ill- cared for park ... & for $42/night!?! Shame on the current owner! Wouldn't stay at this park again.
