Fix Online Reservation System

Website offers “online only” special for Sept. 24-October 30, 2019. HOWEVER, the online system only makes reservations for March 2020 and beyond. I would call to address the issue, but I don’t have mobile access right now, so booked down the street...lost our business. :(

Expensive but close to Nat. Park

Dirt / Sand spaces which are uneven. Our power pedestals 30 amp socket was cracked. I requested it to be fixed. Maintenance came out right away and said they would be back. Two and 1/2 hours later I called on the status. They said they would get to it tomorrow. Hello I paid for full hookups. After talking to the maintenance supervisor they came right out to replace the plug. Also I have a travel trailer; they charged me for the entire length of my tow vehicle plus the trailer. $54.19. Store is very small with just basics. Laundry room is nice with lots of washers and dryers. Staff is very disorganized and untrained on the computers. Check in should not take so long. It wasn’t busy so there was no excuse for maintenance or staff.

Great spot to spend a night. Electricity available in offseason but no water. The lobby and shops are really nice and cozy. Gives you pool and hot tub access too.
