Nice Park And Convenient

We just completed a 4 night stay in space 18. Great, level pull through sites with full hookup. Quiet hours are strictly enforced starting at 10 pm. And don’t put your rug on the grass! Haha! We had a great time.

Best Around

This is the best park in the area. Hosts are very nice and work hard to keep the park in tip top shape. The bath house is kept spotless and is air conditioned! The location is central with a ton of things to due within a short drive. They do not have a pool on site but there is a clean well maintained lightly used pool at the state park just across the highway. This is our go to spot for the Texas Wine Country.

Perfect Rally Park

Great RV park. Perfect combination of good location, great maintenance and reasonable facilities. We stayed here the end of May 2019 with our RV rally group out of San Antonio. We used the clubhouse/restroom building extensively for our club activities. It was large, clean and had good ac. My dog enjoyed the grassy dog run. I would recommend this place to other RVers.

Very nice park stayed here 02012019 to 04012019. Nice clean park. Had a 50 amp pull through for our 38ft outback. Lots of room plus our tow vehicle. Sites are narrow but not unduly so. Lots of activities in the area. Fredericksburg is about 15 mile west fm the park. Gravel pretty level sites. Folks here are typical Texans for the most part. Friendly if you desire. Fleeing from Colorado cold. Weather here this period was not to warm and sunny. Had 3 nites of hard freeze. That is the weather for you. Unpredictable!

Stayed here Thursday through Sunday this weekend. Peaceful park with clean restrooms. The ladies in the office were very friendly and helpful! Nice central location between Fredericksburg and Johnson City. We will stay here again!

Nice Park, Well Maintained

We called ahead since we were not going to arrive till after 5:00. They were very accommodating, everything was set out for us when we arrived. Great dog park/run, very clean. Nice place to have breakfast right next door to the east.

Good location, tidy park, nice folks.

Ideally located between Fredericksburg and Johnson City and 5 mins from the LBJ ranch. Very clean and tidy park with good sites. We stayed for 3 nights in October and will return in the Spring for another stay to explore more of the area.

What a great little park! Potlucks, a dog run that has grass and no stickers!! The WiFi could be better, but at least we could get connected. Club house and bathroom facilities are all ADA compliant and clean as a whistle. We were going to stay two nights, but making it 3! So much to see in the area.
