Not Well Kept

The positives, are good location, a huge dog park, nice fields and shade, and good cable. The negatives: Expensive for what you get. Sand spurs in grass area are totally out of control. Bath houses need work. WiFi is poor, constantly kicks you off line.

They really pack in the spaces especially if you are a trailer or small motor coach Showers were a shared dressing room Not good for modest people One staff person was a not very accommodating, however the rest were. Would be better if I didn’t share a pad

Just Right

My wife and I stayed here for three months while she worked at the hospital as a travel nurse. This place is great. Great price, plenty of space on each site, nice trails to walk the dog, and an awesome little airport next door with super light traffic. The staff is really friendly and accommodating. Only cons, no laundry on site (5 min drive so that's fine), and just don't count on the internet, which is to be expected at most parks. We would come back for sure.
