Made reservation and paid online, easy checkin. Reasonable rate. WIFI works great at our site. Clean restrooms and showers. Gravel sites but nearly level. Quiet at night. Even the airplanes are not too loud in daytime. I will stay here again.

3 Nights at Lady bird Johnson Park
Fast Check-in, a lot of space. Very calm and have everything. Beach Volleyball, Basketball, Baseball, Big Dog Park. All connections and very clean. Only thing its the poor internet. Our RV come with a extender but don’t pick up the signal. I go to walmart close in 5 miles and buy an additional and helps me a little bit but you don’t get to this parks to watch Tv or be on cellphones its to disconnect world the world and connect to the earth. Fredericksburg offer all from cheat great pizza to the world famous steakhouse plus over 180 wineries.

Way Overpriced For What You Get
The park is lovely with a beautiful golf course, huge community dog park and small airport that seemed to operate only during the day with small planes. Pull throughs were easy access but you can reach out and touch your neighbor. Gravel sites. Not much space to sit outside. I don’t think we could have opened our awning if we wanted to. WiFi extremely weak. Close to Fredericksburg which is a sweet tourist town with lots of shopping and restaurants. Even a few restaurants that are dog friendly!! That’s a major plus for us. Good for a one night stay but if you like a bit of room and privacy I would skip this one.

Initially signed up to stay 7 nights and loved it so much we extended another three days. People were very nice and the campground are part of a city park. Great for walks with your dog and a nice golf course next door. The airport is on one side of campground, but it is a small airport with not enough traffic to bother you. There is a diner over at the airport that is well worth a trip. Sites are back to back, but location is ideal for taking day trips to San Antonio and Austin. Would stay here again for sure!

We stayed month of January. Very nice park. We had a nice big pull thru.
Office Open all day & eve. Very helpful.
Only complaint might be that they needed gravel in pull thru drive. We had a big rain & there was quite a mud hole.

Great Park
Really enjoyed our recent two night stay. Our site was close to the entrance road and despite the noise from some of the vehicles we were able to sit outside and hold conversations without raising our voices. The nature trail was just across the street and was an enjoyable walk with a lot to see. As a retired air traffic controller I enjoyed the early morning aircraft doing pattern work. For those who don’t like airplane noise, the amount of traffic was minimal and shouldn’t pose a problem. The only drawback was the cable connection was not very good. But I didn’t go there to watch TV.

Nice Municipal Park With Campground
Near a small airport no commercial traffic. Not a lot of noise. Not bad sites. Level enough and about standard distance between sites. Stopped for the night. Would stop again.

Best RV Park In Town.
Wonderful park, quiet and not on a highwaty or train track. Next to a "non commercial" airport. Air traffic very lite. Great river within walking distance, very well maintained.

Nice, but bathrooms need deep cleaning
This a very nice location with a lake on the Guadalupe River, public pool, tennis courts, ball diamonds, golf course across the lake. Spacious layout and paved roads with okay facilities that need to be cleaned better.

Our favorite RV park. Quiet, great location...away from the hustle & bustle but close enough to visit downtown Fredericksburg and the local wineries. Fishing, golf, hiking nature trail. Staff is friendly, facilities are clean, and park is beautiful. Close restaurants: Cabernet Grill for dinner and Sunset Grill for breakfast/lunch or Sunday brunch.

Fun & Family friendly
Easy to pull-in sites, that are completely level and asphalt. Cool view of the airport with lots of small personal planes to see without a lot of extra noise. Fun playground and nice park by the river. Only thing to be aware of... It is cash & check only.
