End of March two nights

Nothing but cabins and some open sites, not big rig friendly. Close to town, walked up to showers and restroom area and NO WAY would I use them. Will not sty there again

Right next to the police station should make you feel safe. Mostly full timers but front desk made you feel right at home and welcome with city knowledge and sites. No view but wide, level, gravel sites.

People were nice. Sites are level and everything works. Convenient location and quiet. Only about three sites are used for travelers. Everything else is long term residents. Many of the rvs are older. Would stay again for overnight. However, wal mart is close and has good space for boondocking.

Good location/Great people

This RV park is close to everything in Fredericksburg. Right across from Texas Ranger Museum and in walking distance of Walmart. Drive a couple of miles down Main Street and you're right in downtown Fredericksburg. Park is basic, but all amenities work. People are very friendly. Rates are very reasonable for location. Only real downside is park is not paved. Some spaces have gravel sites, others do not. All of park is maintained constantly.

Dont

Better to stay at WalMart than at this rv park. Owner is Very Nice, but the part is Not maintained. Old rv's everywhere some must have been there 30 yrs. Do yourself a favor, keep traveling.

My first RVing experience, I decided to stay long term. I really enjoyed staying there, close to everything in town. Facilities on site were good.
