This is our favorite campground! Electricity but no water hookup. Most sites are very spacious. Nice fire rings, picnic tables, lantern pole. The lake and beach area is really nice. Trolling motors only. Nice loop around the lake that you can walk or bike. Always lots of kids camping here. I love that there is no cell service. The camp store is great! Bathhouses are always clean. The shower is a little annoying bc you have to keep hitting the button to keep the shower on. Wish they would provide hand soap. Beautiful and peaceful campground!

Beautiful
17 miles out of town up cherhola scenic highway which winds back and forth through the hills. Nice and quiet, you get electricity but have to get water yourself. Awesome trail around the lake to hike or bike. Make sure you bring ALL your food because going back to town takes more than an hour round trip. Camp store is well stocked and open daily. Stayed 3 nights in June 18.

Spent the weekend up there with family and friends. Had a wonderful time. Restrooms were always clean. I like the fact that they close the gates at 10 pm. No one can come in. Wonderful general store with a lot if items. Kids riding bikes and the fishing was pretty good. Took our kayaks and spent a beautiful day on the lake. Peaceful and quiet at night. No loud crowds.
