Fantastic Location
The location of this camp ground is key! It’s within walking distance to the trolly, old mill, and many other must dos. Bath houses were super clean. Everyone was very nice. The pool was small but fun. If you’re going to explore the national park and the local attractions this is your camp ground. If you’re going just to camp maybe check out another place. Again. The location is great!

Let Us Down This Time
We stay at this campground once or twice a year. Our recent visit was not up to usual standards. Check in was less than cordial. The desk person refused to consider our site area request that we had made with our reservations. Then told us she was putting us in a site far from the construction that was going in. She put us right in the middle of the construction area. Our escort had to use our campground map to take us to our site, then practically threw it back at us. Our neighbor camper had hooked up to our site hook ups. Our escort said we would just have to use his, which we too far for us and UNDER HIS SLIDE. And the area we had requested to be in...remained unoccupied for the two nights requested. REALLY LET US DOWN THIS TIME!!!

Tight Spots But Good Experience
The other reviews are accurate, the sites are very tight. We lucked out by getting one of the easiest to get into but some are just brutal angles. The amenities are top notch though. The upgraded pool, lazy river and playground was a hit for the kiddos. Good location for the other activities in the area.

Great Stay, Very Convenient
Had a pull through spot and although our concrete was cracked on the patio it was still a great spot to grill or hang out. Lots of birds, particularly Robins around the park. We didn’t get to use the pool or other facilities because each day we had so much to do. Very convenient for all Pigeon Forge activities and not far from Gatlinburg. Just a bit pricey but I’d stay again!

Toooo Expensive And Crow.
We stay 3 nights in this campground and pay too much for just have the rv park in one tiny spot .Very close to all attractions and 20 minutes from Gatlinburg. I recommend to use another campground that is close to Gatlinburg and no to expensive

Staff Are Great, Park Is Not: $$$$
We stayed over a week. The first two days I had to keep releveling my motorhome. Most of the sites have really in level sites. Your tires are off the by 8 inches, some higher. The asphalt is so bad your jacks will sink into the asphalt by more than an inch a day. Staff finally gave me a site where my tires were only 2 inches off the ground. They charge a 100 dollars a night even being a KOA VIP member . Not really big rig friendly, some corners are really tight and people have to move vehicles so you can get by. Park is clean and well taken care of. NOT WORTH the price they charge. Well located for dining out. The two stars is for the staff.

Nice Location
Great location, clean, friendly, lots of things for kids. Sites are very tight unless you book premium site. Would not stay in a regular site. There is a trolley direct to Dollywood.

Not Bad
Crowded yes ... street noise yes ... but it really had a lot to offer as far as amenities and location. Get a premium site and book early. Its a nice KOA from all the ones Ive stayed at.

Very crowded with spaces so close you can stand in the middle and touch two units. Lots of noise from the street. Will never return.

First Trip
The koa was our first trip with the camper. We enjoyed all of it. But didn't know how pricey it was at the time. We stayed the weekend after thanksgiving.

Nice, clean park. We enjoyed our stay. Would not want to stay here in season though. Spaces are close together.

Nice Campground
We stayed here when visiting this area. Campground is well maintained. Sites are very close together. Staff very helpful.
I would try a different campground next trip, because I like a little more space.
