Beautiful & Peaceful RV Resort

Beautiful & peaceful adult RV resort. Well kept. We had 14 spectacular days here. Easy access to all the attractions by car. We will be back.

Excellent. Five stars. Very clean, easy access, quiet, great view. It was a nasty and cold weekend but we still saw eagles , ducks, deer and a beautiful sunset.

Definitely 5 Stars, BUT...

Amazingly clean, incredible staff, super facilities for pool, laundry, concrete pads, ease of access & accessibility from main roads & back to attractions. But. Take note that campfires aren't allowed. It feels like a very "senior" facility. There doesn't seem to be a family draw. (Please note, that's very subjective & purely "feel") Certainly want to mention again how incredibly clean everything is. Wow!

Very nice park upscale rv park concrete pads with good spacing between sites easy in and out plenty of room to maneuver the big rigs only stayed one night but we are scheduled for a week during thanksgiving

Short Stay

Very nice place, but they need to spend the extra money each week and have their trash picked up a second time each week. It’s sad that they have their own workers climbing up into a dumpster moving trash around. We watched them do that twice during our stay. Other than that no complaints.

Nice RV resort, quit and nice people. Quick drive to main attractions. Nice concrete pad with hedges between each campsite.. would have liked to see fire rings to build a fire when it got cold. Overall nice place and we will return.

Nice concrete slab for everyone. Space between each trailer is divided by hedging. Motor homes are the only ones with waterfront sights. Small campground. Which was nice. Friendly staff. Not in the attractions of pidgin forge, but that was nice. You can take bypass, to all attractions, and near main road, not hard to get in and out back to highway without problem. Will stay here again if we come back. Just very nice..recommend completely..

What A View!

Beautiful resort nestled along the French Broad River and The Great Smoky Mountains. Well maintained, friendly staff and Park Hosts, and very spacious sites. Highly recommended.

Everything It Claims To Be...

This is as others have noted, extreme glamping. Folks were nice, sites concrete and perfect, view amazing, and easy access. I recommend to everyone...

Super Nice Park.

Three nights 17’ Casita. Made reservations on the way in. All pull in and back in sites designed for Class A’s. They do not accept any RV’s with soft sides even hybrids. Park not designed for children. We had a wonderful stay. Quiet and close to attractions. Polite staff. Right on the French Broad river.

GREAT FUN

Fantastic RV resort! The people are wonderful. Beautiful, peaceful views from our motor home. Patty and I are here attending an event at the Sevierville convention center for the week. We would recommend it very highly.

Excellent View!

Large concrete pads overlooking French Broad river. In the morning watched deer across river graze. Bald eagle was doing a breakfast fishing. Check out photos.

Great RV Resort

Easy access from highway. Staff pleasant and very helpful. We stayed 3 nights in a pull in site on the river. These sites are reserved for class A motorhomes. Beautiful view. Concrete pad sloped toward river, but we easily leveled with leveling jacks. Utilities are well placed and functioned perfectly. Cable has lots of channels that came in clearly. Wifi was very good when we could get it, but in the evening we couldn't get internet. I definitely would return.

We were here June 2016. This resort has one of the best views of the lake and mountains beyond. It is such a clean well kept property. Great fireplace on many sites. Ours really kept the area warm in the evening. We will definitely return here soon. Recommend you rent one of there golf carts due to the incline from the lake . Easy trip from Marietta, Ga.
