Clean and quiet. Friendly staff, and campers. Clean and reasonable price for laundry. Nice pool. Close to things to do. campsites are a little close together was my only complaint. But for the price overall great place to stay.

Convenient, Quite, and Close

We stayed at Kings for 7 days. We had actually booked at another camp site but they took our spot we picked and moved us to a construction zone so we called Kings and they had a spot for us. Clean bathrooms and clean pool. Most people here are a quite and a little older. Did see some kids but they were well behaved and quite. Our neighbors were working at Dollywood for the summer and gave us free tickets. The spots are level with gravel and a concrete pad with a picnic table. There is quite a bit of duck poop but not a big deal. There is a small patch of grass at each spot which is great for a little dog. They are a Good Sam camp ground so you get the discount. This place is close to everything but very quite. You will not regret staying here.

We really enjoy coming here close to everything but very quiet and peaceful. The park is well kept and the people are very nice.

Front Desk

This place has 3 issues and only two of them can be fixed very easily... 1. Access roads are very narrow, so when it's time to leave it's almost impossible to do so if your neighbor has a car or truck... you can't exit your spot on to the exit road due to narrow roads, you'll need to wake your neighbor and ask them to move their vehicle. 2. Bathhouses are clean however, shower curtains have mold and the floors could use a new coat of grout... shower shoes are a must!!! Dollar store shower curtains would do wonders. 3. Staff... specifically the short, frumpy, short haired, crotchety, miserable hag... she is so rude and extremely unfriendly... we are leaving today after 4 days... we will never be back here due to her and her alone, I have a choice where to spend my time and money, in the future it will be with a company that SHOWS me that want my business... I'll let you figure out which two items can be fixed. Hint roads would not be easy... Warning, stay clear... you've been warned.
