Just Lost My Business!
NoI was ready to reserve a site for a planned RV trip for April. Picked a site agreed to the charges and was then told that I would have to pay an additional fee of $100 dollars to " lock" my site choice. Sorry but I have always believed that making a reservation for a site that I chose and paying 3 months in advance would "lock" site. I'll take my business to another RV park.

Won’t Return
This was our second trip to this park and it has significantly lost its charm to us! Great location and price and they have gotten rid of most of the run down full time trailers. The laundry didn’t work and they just said they were waiting on UPS like it would be there the next day, we were there a week and it never showed up. Come to find out it had been down for almost a month. They post to social media often they could have advertised that we would have packed more. Sites are tight and short only a few our camper would fit in. There was trash at Pool 1 the entire time we were there and they were supposed to be doing hourly cleaning for Covid. It is definitely not a sit outside and relax kind of campground. Traffic in and out all night clinking the drains in the street! We will find a new park if we come back to the smokies to camp!

Pad sites small with very narrow road frontage. Barely enough room to park a truck in front of trailer. There might be 8ft of grass between sites an the septic line is about three ft from picnic bench. Did not enjoy the smell from it when cooking in the morning. Throughout the day all we would hear from the manhole covers from being driven over sounded like the bell alert noise at a gas station. This went on from morning into late at night 12am. I'm one that does not complain but really unhappy about this location site 8. Sitting outside at night was car lights after car light, by 9pm we had enough. Plus side of things, pool was clean, staff was very visible around the park, nice neighbors, and flower pots at each site were very nice.

Small But Nice.
Tried this place out for our first trip out in our new camper. Arrived early and wasn’t very busy, not crowded to back into our spot. Sites are small and close together. Very little room left to park our truck. Nice campground and close to town.

This is an older RV campground. Recently turned into a Jellystone campground complete with Yogi Bear. Just a little tight backing in trailers over 27’. Site’s are a bit short, only 40’ deep. No room to park big pickup trucks. Narrow road gets really narrow with trucks parked halfway on the road. A bit hilly but sites are fairly level. Great spot in the back of the campground to watch the nightly fire works at Dollywood. Comparing other Campgrounds in the area there is very little road noise. Laundry room needs updating, very crammed space with no folding table ( there is a Red Bull machine in the laundry room ,this could be moved out for a folding table) or bench outside to sit on. Second laundry room is closed to campers. (for employees only). No night hay rides for the kiddos or playground for them. Safety issue: Fire pits are way to close to neighbors trailers. Staff & campers are very friendly. We will stay here again when we return.

Not For Kids
Its uphill then downhill ... easy site access but small and crowded. Kids cant really explore since its cut into a hillside.

Nice, Quiet close to Dollywood
Our 1st trip with our new to us motorhome. This little place is a gem. It's nice, neat & spacious. It's right around the corner from Dollywood and the fast pace life of the main drag of Pigeon Forge. We will definitely return to this gem.

August Stay
Excellent place to stay especially with kids. Two pools, play set, and close to Dollywood. Some road noise heard. Close to all the area attractions. Friendly and helpful staff. Will stay again next year.
