Check in and ask if they could take off a few days at the end of stay. They charged me full price for 7 days anyway even if we are were going to stay 5 days. They said 7 days warning, it was when I was walking in,. They will never see me again.

Perfect Location

I will start off with the only negative. As stated in other reviews the sites are kind of tight. The bathhouse is equivalent to a 4 star hotel. The pool is salt water was heated to the perfect temperature. The spa was also at the right temperature. The office staff very friendly. The little store seemed reasonably price. You can't ask for a better location!

Nice Campground But Sites Are Very Small

This campground is clean and overall nice, but the sites are extremely small. We could not use our awning due to being so close to our neighbor. If you have a large rig with slides you might have some issues getting into the sites here.

Friendly Staff! Great Location!

The staff is friendly and extremely helpful! That alone speaks volumes! Nice camp store with just about everything you could need. Close to stores and restaurants. Pool looked nice, but we didn’t use it—no time! Splash pad. Trolley service. Cable TV, but not all channels were clear (scrambled at times) even with a high quality coax. Arcade. Laundry room. Clean bathhouse, plays music inside for a nice touch! The sites are close together, but level with decent-sized concrete patios. We reserved a site on the end of the row, so we had a little more room. Park is well maintained and quiet at night. We will be back next year!

Very Nice

Park staff are very friendly, nice and clean park. My 1 year old son loved the splash pad and 1’ deep kids pool. Sites were pretty close together but each has a concrete patio and a fire pit. My site was level, and most around me were too. Will definitely be back again.

Okay RV Park

This park sets on the very edge of PF. If your wanting to walk to stuff this may not be for you. Pretty quiet with the exception of the trash truck at 3am. Spaces pretty close together but there is a concrete patio and a fire pit. Pool looked nice with a kids area too. Beautiful drive to Gatlinburg and the Smokey Mountains.

Close To Everything

Good location if you want to be close to everything. Spots are a little small and tight but stayed during the off season so wasn’t bad. Stayed in spot #1 which has an overflow sight in front of it. Used it for parking. Was right on the water which also put us close to the Main Street going though Pigeon Forge so could hear all the traffic noise. Nice bathhouse, arcade and store. They also have trolley stops in the park to take you around town.

Good location real tight sites hard to back in very clean park bathhouses the cable horrible traffic thru the park goes all night the main road is way too busy for children to be out the campground is a great place to stay been staying there for years

Great Location

Great location if you want to be near everything. Right on the strip in Pigeon Forge and a VERY short drive to Gatlinburg & The Smoky Mountains. It has 2 clean bath houses, and a great pool with a hot tub and splash pad. The only downside is the sites are pretty small. But overall I'd definitely recommend

Very nice campground.stayed there for a week while in pigeon forge.bath houses are the best I ever seen.excellent laundry room with an arcade.recommend this campground to anyone.sites are a little on the small side but good and they have reasonable rates.

Staff friendly and helpful,clean facilities,nice pool,great for kids.Sites are tight.Our site was level but noticed a few would be tough to level your rig. Walking distance to lots of activities.They even have a trolley stop in park.

Great location, very clean facilities and the campgrounds were very nice and peaceful. We were only going to stay 2 nights but loved it and decided to stayed 4 nights

Excellent Campground! Clean and friendly staff! Great amenities! Great location to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge! We stayed here in May and now looking to come back in October! Highly recommend!
