Good long term rates

I stayed here for 6 months during summer. The people running it were very friendly and helpful. Did what they could to help you. The pool was okay as well. BUT, the spaces were small and very close to neighbors. If you wanted a fire, you were within 5 feet of next trailer. Also, it is a little run down and dated. Bathrooms were in need of repair, laundry had units that did not get fixed in the 6 months I was there and very noisy because of highway right along side and truck stop in front of entrance that was 24 hrs.

Good sized sites. Level gravel. Nice pool. Did not use bathrooms or showers so no opinion. N8

Full Timers

This park has nice amenities and is close to restaurants and stores.The staff was friendly .The biggest downside is the spaces are extremely close together.Our space was literally 8 feet from our neighbors who had a fire going with smoke filling our coach.Since we got the last spot,we were stuck.Thank goodness the wind changed direction.We’ll probably not return…..

New Retirees

Nice park and nice people to deal with. although we only stayed one night, passing thur, we would stay longer. Nice and neat. Great Mexican restaurant and Diesel in gas station out front. Besides easy access off 75!!!

Easy And Super Nice

Easy off and on from the highway and gas stations there too. Only stayed for the night. Can’t remember his name, but staff member was there when we pulled in late even and he was super friendly.

Ok for overnight. We didn’t unhook. Sites are tight. Pool looked nice, staff was helpful, took you to your site. All sun, no shade.

Perfect Overnighter

Staff very helpful, sites are pretty level and very clean. Hookups are easy and well lit for our late night checkin. Very close to freeway but didn't hear any noise. Super convenient for an overnight but due to location can't imahine staying for more than a night.

One Nighter

The staff was very friendly and willing to help. Location is very close to restaurants, gas, Walmart, and access to I-75. Ok for the night, but not much more.

I agree a hundred percent....close to l 75....one night is enough...move on.

Not a great park, but it is what it is.... A transient park that's clean and easy access from I75. Good, level gravel site with good hookups. Close to stores and restaurants. We've stayed there 3-5 times as its a great stop from Michigan to Florida. Propane and other needs for RV people just out of winter. I'd probably not ever stay more than one day, but I'll be back on next trip down.
