First Come First Served

There are no reservations, just come and take your chances. I never knowingly saw any staff, but it seems to work. Most of the inhabitants look to be long term residents. There's a laundry; and the showers are free, but no way to adjust the hot/cold mixture... You just press s button for 30 seconds of water. The wifi was far better than I expected and was quite good. The toilets don't flush that well.

Self service!!! I absolutely am in love with this concept! Works great! Large pull thru sights, shower and laundry room available however I did not confirm they were available since covid has shut most community activities down. Very very nice pet area. Lots of long term residents, seemed super friendly. Picnic table, shaded and really nicely kept! Super place to stop! Nicely located near lakes too. 35.00 a night honor system.

Stayed here one night very nice and quiet. Shaded sites with a lot of permanent residents that were very nice people. My setup is 57’ long and had room to spare. Would definitely stay again!!!

We stayed here in a 40 foot fifth wheel. The site was clean and easy access to hookups. The owners weren't around so we picked a spot and caught up to them the next day. They charged by the day night over night stay so you end up paying an extra day. No problem if you don't have another place to go. Nice attractions in the area. It was ok except for the way they charged
