Stayed here a few times.
My RV is 42’. I have no problem making the turn into the camp ground towing my pickup.
Very nice staff.
Bring anything you may need as the only services are a station with a small store on the reservation.
Great Mexican food in Chamberlain at Mi Casa!
50 amp power, water available throughout the park at spigots if you have long water hoses. Dump is a short drive away.
Boat launch and fish cleaning station.
The park is booked through reservations.com.

Beautiful
What a beautiful campground. Great playground, well maintained grounds, and beautiful scenery. The only downside is that they allow campers to park their boats in the campground even though there is a huge parking lot in the marina. Boats were lined up beside cars and campers in the campground, making it a real challenge to drive the rig around the campground.

Nice Quiet Stop
If coming in on RT 47 and if turn too tight, pass first entrance there is a second entrance. Check Google Earth, use parking lot across the street from second entrance to line up. We were able to make the turn at first entrance in a 42ft MH, towing Ram 1500.
Quiet, out of the way campground in the middle of the Missouri River. Level sites, good power, clean. Non potable water at sites, host said water runs in galvanized pipe. Need to go to dump station for potable water. I think the site lengths on the .gov website were measured with a 9 inch ruler, so take off 15%. Website said or site was 77 ft, more like 65 ft.
Would recommend a few days to week, it is isolated.

Good Stop Over
We booked online for 3 nights. There is a sharp right turn to the entrance road that was difficult to make in our 32’ motorhome. We had to unhitch and then make the turn. Great little campground with friendly staff and really nice sites. Partial hookups but water is available. We had site 29 and were able to reach the water with our hoses since we forgot to fill up before leveling. This campground is a great find.

Well Kept, Friendly
Level rock over asphalt pads most are pull through. Concrete picnic tables. Clean bathrooms with roomy showers. Lots of playground equipment. Great staff. Great fishing. Bring a boat of you have one. No water at pads, hydrants located around the park.

Great Place!
Bring a fishing pole as many enjoy fishing from the shore below the dam. Water is available to fill your rig in several locations. Dump station and electric. Tours of the dam also available. The short drive from Chamberlain to Fort Thomas is beautiful and worth the detour! I would come again!
